Manager was threatening to kick my family out because we asked for water cups n they thought we put soda in it the only good staff is old man that came up to us n said don’t worry about it n gave us plates n forks didn’t catch his name but he has white hair n beard he deserves to be a manager because he treated his customers how they are supposed to be treated n I found hair in my food no cooks are wearing hair nets worst experience at my local churches

I’m a regular at Church’s chicken but not at this location . It was my first and definitely will be my last time coming to this location. I ordered a 10 PC spicy and the chicken was not great and it was burnt . I’m okay with crispy and super crispy but it was burnt .. how do you not notice when packing it . Smh

Stopped at this location because it was on my way and I had a very unpleasant experience. I pull up to the drive thru and I get told that it’s a 10min wait for the chicken. I say ok I’ll wait. I then sit in my car for 25 mins with a crying baby until they bring out the food.i tell the girl that they said 10 mins not 25. And then she replies with “ I said” 20 mins. And I tossed some extra biscuits for you. To what I said: I don’t need extra biscuits. I received no apology no nothing from her, no empathy and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location.

I had the pleasure of interacting with a worker named Xavier at Church’s Chicken, and he was absolutely amazing. His customer service was top-notch he made me feel so welcomed and comfortable, like I was just talking to a friend. He was honestly the reason I kept coming back.
When I went in recently and didn’t see him, I asked about him and was told he was let go because of a complaint from a “Karen” customer. I’m so tired of seeing great employees lose their jobs because management caves to unreasonable complaints. Ever since Xavier has been gone, this location just isn’t the same.
Church’s Chicken, you lost one of your best. Stop letting entitled customers ruin it for the people who actually make your business better.

Called in a big order ahead and they were VERY accommodating and friendly. There’s one closer to us that didn’t want to let us call in an order so it was worth the drive. They made sure our order was correct when we came to pick it up.

Ordered a 3-piece meal all thighs but went back on order gave me a leg & two thighs even though they had agreed on order. Didn’t wanna exchange piece due to a shortage of available cooked meal, I had initially agreed to wait for. Order at your own risk, supervisor argumentative.

I always came here because of a special employee he was the sweetest guy ever my kids loved coming there to see him he was very sweet and honestly one of the reasons I keep coming back. Very good it was a young black man, his name was Xavier.
