My family and I have been hiking in Utah for a few days. After walking all morning and driving for three hours, we were looking forward to a stress free dinner that we could easily pick up and take home. We placed an order at 4:00pm to be picked up at 5:00pm. We arrived at 4:45. At 4:55 the app said the order was complete and ready to be picked up so we went in.

Inside we were told it actually wasn’t ready and that theyd announce our name when it was, so we sat down inside to wait.

20 minutes later I went to the counter to ask for an update. A different employee met me, asked for the name, and promptly grabbed it off the shelf.

IT WAS READY THE ENTIRE TIME. The first guy didn’t even look to see if it was on the shelf.

This was a very disappointing experience and we’ll be looking for other pizza options in the future.

I ordered 5 total items through delivery and received my order with 4 of the 5 items completely wrong. It’s very hard for me to understand how it’s so difficult to complete these simple tasks AS THEY ARE THESE PEOPLES JOBS. Crazy how they are getting paid more than minimum wage but put in the minimum amount of effort.

There is seating inside. The staff here are great and willing to assist you with your order online so you could get the discounted pizza price. Recommend if you like pizza get the garlic parmasan sauce. So good!

Extremely mad I was promised a free pizza when I order again to fix a mistake they made and was told there be no issues. Of course when I go to order it I get told they have nothing. I told em they exact month and date i order and told they wouldn’t honor it. The manger also was very rude ill never do business with this domino’s again. They also lost out on another order I was going to make poor costumer service.

Always good, and always tasty! Store is clean, customer service is always great, and the service is always outstanding, whether it’s late night, or first thing for lunch. Montrose Dominos is awesome, and yes, I know it’s a chain. But they’re pretty damn good!

The delivery person left my pizza on the DRIVEWAY IN THE RAIN/ when I called they acted like it was my the driver couldn’t figure out a gate latch. They could have called me and let me know they were going to leave it on the driveway in the
