Ordered in the app but had to go inside to pick it up because my van is too tall for drive through. Communication was lacking inside. Girl at the counter tried to be helpful but she wasn’t getting much support. Service was quite slow. Not sure when the cost of cones got so high. I wasn’t happy about it but #Romeo didn’t seem to mind. Restaurant and restrooms look clean. We grabbed a couple of crowns. Got a great deal in the app. #youshouldbehere

Ordered 2- Double Whoppers with cheese, no mayo. It wasn’t until after I paid and got home, which is around an hour away and both burgers were single patty AND one had mayo. Normally, I’d let one or the other go because “things happen” but both requests were ignored ♂️

I don’t normally write reviews on fast food places because. Well, it’s fast food you get what you get. My order was correct. The food was fast food.
But what wasn’t just a standard experience. Was the guy running the drive-through. I’ve been having an exceptionally terrible day today. Five hours at the DMV to know end. And I’ll still have to go back. But the guy at the drive through.
When I ordered my food. He concluded the intercom conversation with that sounds delicious. And then when I pulled up to the window. He offered me a crown. Too, which I turned him down. And his retort was “it’s OK. You still rule.”
I don’t remember what his name was. I didn’t catch it. But I came through at 4:06 PM on October 9, 2025. I’ll need to make this man a supervisor. That is the kind of attitude that the world needs. He honestly turned my terrible day around. 20 out of 10 stars give this man a raise.

Luis Lopez has taken over as the store manager only 7 months ago, and with him doing his job the way that I felt was appropriate I would come to eat at his store in Whapeton ND then eat at any restaurant in my town. He was doing a fantastic job at delegating job responsibilities and teaching each person what to do and not to do. He was holding each person accountable for the job they are on for the day. In my opinion companies need to have more people like him working for them. He was a very upbeat person and showing that he was having fun but still being a manager and setting those boundaries with the other employees. In my opinion him doing his job this way also leaves little area for mistakes. He was very hands on with his employees. Absolutely amazing job and person.

Waited for 10 min at drive through… so I went inside and was told there just too busy to help anyone right now… there were 2 people eating.. wasn’t very busy.. not impressed I had to go elsewhere

Not very busy, pleasant gal taking orders, does not repeat what was ordered. I ordered a whopper meal, add cheese minus all, i mentioned cheese only. I got a full loaded burger with cheese. I told her this isnt what i ordered. They apologized. Took the sandwich. Assuming they were making a new one. I waited another 15 minutes, before I finally asked, if it would be much longer for my food. Others camecand went and gotvtheir food. They never made a new one until the manager asked what the deal was. He did give me fresh fries with my new sandwich. Really went down hill since they fired their manager Shae. They should have removed the employees that were insubordinate with her. It’ll be awhile before we patronize the place again.

Went in there got a meal that wasn’t even close to up the par . Everything’s always cold nothing’s ever put together right if they even get the order right half the time the other half the time it’s okay just like everywhere else. The last time I was there the manager basically called me a liar and told me I didn’t buy any food wouldn’t replace my meal but offered to refund it at a later date if I paid then what kind of bullshit is that. I don’t want a refund I just won’t go there anymore the place sucks

I requested made fresh which I have done in the past. This time I went inside requested it be made fresh four times and she handed it to me and lied right to my face said it was, and it was not very upsetting.
