This Vietnamese restaurant has been remodeled and changed the owner. The food is much better now. Finally, I can come to the place to eat Pho noodle every time I am craving. I don’t have to drive to Orange County for Pho like before anymore. The shaken beef (is also called Bò Né) is also good flavor with baguette. The restaurant is nice and clean. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

My first time here and what a wonderful experience, the staff was kind and the food was amazing! I tried many different pho places and I would have to say this is one of my top favorites. The broth was so rich and the chicken was tender and juicy, not dry like other places I tried. Will definitely be coming back here again!

Stop by here out of a wham on a Friday. We were hungry after running around places and this was the closest to where we were. Ordered a pho bowl it was very good, the spicy dumplings wasn’t spicy but rather on the sweet side. Had egg rolls we’re pretty meaty and crunchy. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were also good and decent despite the area. All and all it was a surprisingly good visit.

I come to cloud9 for food every other week, and the food is usually decent. But today, I thought i would stop by for just a drink. I ordered an iced (not blended. Didn’t say slushie or blended. Just iced) milk tea. Total was $7.07. Great! I handed the girl 20 dollars and the exact coin change, 7cents.
She shorts me $1 dollar, and I tell her that the change should’ve been $13, not $12 but whatever, not going to fret over that as long as my drink is done right.
The drink that’s handed to me is half blended, and the other half is just all ice. I think I got 5 sips out of the whole drink.
If you’re going to charge $7 for a drink, I would hope that 1. It’s made right 2. It’s not almost entirely ice.
Also I know we’re all reliant on technology to calculate math for us, but 20-7=13 should be easy mental math, i would hope.
For the same prices and service, you can get better food and drink elsewhere.

Very good restaurant. The Pho Tai is flavorful, the meat proportions were huge and the noodles were good. Self seating, tap to pay options, super convenient to eat at. Price is average in this economy. Will definitely return as this spot is 5x better than the previous location that they replaced.

Just had an amazing bowl of pho at Cloud 9! The broth was clean and balanced, with a rich flavor that hit the spot. Service was on point too! Would def recommend trying it out.

I normally have pho in little Saigon in Westminster but this place is my new go to for when I’m in the area. They have fresh noodles and the broth wasn’t too sweet or salty. The Thai tea was also a good ratio (most of the time it’s too sweet). And the server is super attentive and proactive. I felt bad that she was the only one during a busy lunch time. Will def come again
