I honestly don’t understand how difficult it is to add cinnamon powder on top of a cappuccino.
Almost every time I order it, I specifically ask for cinnamon on top, and the response is “I mixed it in.” When I point out that I asked for it on top, they angrily sprinkle some on top afterward, and half the time they also add brown sugar, which I never asked for.
This seems like a very simple request that somehow turns into a recurring issue. If mixing it in is the default, maybe just ask the customer first instead of assuming.
And honestly, the easiest solution would be to put a bottle of cinnamon powder in the self-service area so customers can add it themselves. But I guess the cinnamon must be such a precious, tightly controlled resource that it can’t possibly be left out for customers.
It would save time for the staff and avoid these little frustrations for customers.

My order is never right . Every-time my drink taste different or is missing something. When the lady with the red tips is there she gets it right every time. Not one drop of caramel that I was charged for.

We don’t go here often because I just think the prices are unreasonable. But sometimes I take the kids for a treat because they love the fruity drinks. Every time I go we have a great service experience. Today, the cashier patiently waited while the kids decided and gave them advice. The baristas made our drinks quickly with cute little messages on them, and we enjoyed them on the clean, nice patio. It was a really pleasant little detour!

There was no line when I walked in and a green honey citrus mint tea. After 16 minutes passed I still hadn’t gotten my drink, nor was my name in the queue. During this time multiple drive thru orders and orders of people arriving after me had been filled. When I asked the barista bout my order she looked at me, and then I was completely ignored. I then asked the register for a wait time. She looked and could not find my order in the queue and quoted me another 10 minutes. I asked why it took 25 minutes total for a tea when no one was in line in front of me. She said they were busy. Because I had to get to my son’s practice I had them cancel my order. I did not expect 25 minutes for a tea. They offered no compensation, they just voided my order. I go to Starbucks multiple times a week, but will need to find a new location or other shop. This is not the first time the service has been unacceptable at this location.

It should be called Starbucks mini or Starbucks Go, it is smaller than the standard Starbucks and it shows . The inside seating is limited . They do have outdoor seating. The bathroom has the hand dryer on top of the tiny sink next to urinal, if you like space don’t go to bathroom. Ordered to go and everything was good.

The service here is either reaaallly fantastic or just barely so-so. There’s never any in-between. This is a very busy location, with the drive thru line often reaching out to the street. It’s often easier to park next door at KFC and walk over because the drive thru line blocks off a lot of the parking. There’s both outdoor and indoor seating here.

Disgusting. Black tea had worm(s) floating in it. Didn’t realize until I spit it back out into the cup. The single working restroom was also disgusting with holes in the wall, dirty, toilet paper dispenser broken. This place should be shut down by the sanitation dept.

This location is ideally located with easy access from and to the interstate. The facility is clean and the grounds are well-maintained. I utilized the drive thru and the service was fast from placing my order to picking it up.
I ordered a pup cup for my pooch and asked for a Trenta (yep, 31 glorious ounces) of iced coffee with 3 shots of espresso and vanilla flavoring. I think that’s called a Red Eye, if I’m not mistaken. The nice folks working the drive thru carefully listened to my request and modifiers. They made recommendations for cream and sweetener.
My virtual gift card worked flawlessly at the pickup window and the wonderful barista said hello to my dog while handing me his pup cup. The iced coffee/espresso blend was perfectly mixed and caffeinated my soul.
The next time I need a pick me up on the VA-AL route, this will be my go-to stop.
