Order pizza for car side pickup. I wanted in the car for over 20 mins waiting for them to bring my pizza out. I chose carbide because I had young kids in the car with me and didn’t want to bring them out to pickup inside. After waiting for a long time, I go upset and went inside myself to ask why it was taking so long after indicating over 30 mins ago that I was here by text message. The staff checked and saw that my pizza was ready and in the warmer. There was no apologies or anything for their poor services. I got home and realized that my pizza was burnt. My kids couldn’t eat it because the dough was too crunchy from being burnt.

Pizza 1- Half Cheese/Half Pepperoni
Pizza 2- Pepperoni, Mushrooms & Jalapenos
Walked into the store within 15 mins and my order was ready.
I opened up the pizzas to confirm the order was correct and the crust was burnt on both pizzas.
The whole crust was burnt.
Not just some slices.
Both pizzas had black burnt crusts.
I politely declined to take the pizzas as I know the kids nor I would not eat them.
I handed them back and requested my order again.
From the Manager’s expression, he seemed really annoyed that I wasn’t taking them and was having to redo it.
There was no apology from any staff or manager as I had to wait all overs again.
The replacement pizza (kids pizza) still had 2 burnt pizzas.
Again no apology.
Very poor quality food and poor management service.
They also failed to give me a receipt of my order.

This Location is always great! Employees are very friendly and are always working hard. A couple times they forgot a topping on my pizza or made a honest mistake but quickly made a new one and get it in the oven fast. This is one of the better Dominoes locations in the area!

I ordered 2 medium pan pizza with extra cheese, one just a cheese pizza and other with onion and mushroom for my kids, because we are vegetarian. The veggie pizza has chicken in it. Very disappointed.

I order from this location 1-2 times a month. I use the app to order and pick up the food when it’s ready. Super convenient. I really like all of the different ways that you can build your own pizza, and the loaded tots are delish! Never had an issue here. Keep up the good work!
