I had a great experience at Chipotle. I ordered a barbacoa burrito and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, with rich flavor in every bite. We go to this location frequently but the recent trip, there were five people behind the counter standing there talking to each other. We were picking up our online order and when my boyfriend went up to the counter he mentioned his name and between that and getting handed our food, not a single word was uttered by the girl behind the counter. There were also two bags ready for pickup on the shelf but ours was not there. Maybe try to learn some customer service skills guys? I guess they needed bodies and not actual caring human beings working here.

My daughter and I decided on Chipotle today for lunch. I really like coming to this location in Glendora. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and I especially like that the tables are far apart from each another. The dining area is clean and tidy. We decided on having carnita tacos, black beans, brown rice, guacamole and chips. Everything was super tasty and delicious. We ate it up really fast. This location always stands out for their fresh and flavorful food. The service has always been friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We will be coming back for the food and shopping in the area.

MJ was extremely rude and she made me feel discriminated she was being polite with everyone infront of me but when it came to me she raised her voice and seemed bothered once I started speaking Spanish to my girlfriend. The workers always seem to be so upset. If they have something going on at home they should leave it at home. I ordered a bowl and I have a whole avocado that has not been mashed and it is not ripe. Needs new workers who are happy with the job they signed up for.

Went to get dinner on Thursday night,4:30pm, Left 6pm, Was Unbelievable line was longgggggg, wayyyyy to longggggg cuz of special offer they had for dodgers fan. I Saw many people walked out also. If they know they shall be busy management should had put more employee’s to help out and speed up the service. Unfortunately staff are not friendly at all, they missed up my friend’s order, food came out wrong, and she over charged me.

First time coming to this Chipotle and I walked in and there was a very short line but they took 10 minutes for like each person and then they gave me very small amounts of everything and then I found not one but 3 hairs in my food.
