Taco Tuesday was a great bargain, the food was not bad. Our waitress was a bit less then enthusiastic, and continually set items down directly in front of our 14 month old son. Any server with experience knows not to put things they don’t want thrown on the floor in front of children. The food did come to the table pretty quickly.

Ay Caramba! Our favorite place to eat in Rolla! The service is top notch. Erick is one of the best waiters/servers we have had from any establishment! The food quality and portions are phenomenal and the price is reasonable. The atmosphere is laid back and enjoyable. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Ay, Caramba is the best Mexican restaurant I have been to in central Missouri. Food was exactly what I wanted. Margaritas and salsa hit the spot. I got the Ay Caramba Pollo, so good. Service was fast and the staff was in good spirits. Great vibes. Food reminds me of a little ranch back home in St. Louis… this is definitely my go to place now.

Good Mexican Restaurant. The steak fajita quesadilla was very good. They have delicious salsa and queso. Service was slow, but still not horrible. Restrooms are clean which is nice. Recommend if you are in the area & have a little time.
