They just need to close already. 100% the WORST subway! Never can order online ( it always says “can’t order online at this location”). Haven’t had steak and several other items in 6 months. Food is almost always not right. They need to close already so walmart can fit a deli.

The owner is just as rude as her associate’s.
I don’t understand why the owner of a franchise isn’t more friendly….a very successful franchise at that…Not because there all friendly or anything…there’s just not many choices in Wayne WV…If your that unhappy with your life and your business maybe you should rethink your situation…maybe just maybe do something else you might enjoy life a little more…
I’m just saying….If your that miserable with life you can’t say THANK YOU or HAVE A GOOD DAY….maybe you should rethink your priorities….

The 2 women making the food were very rude and acted like it killed them to have to do anything. The manager watched them being rude and didnt say or do anything to correct it. I didnt get any food from there only paid for what my wife had gotten. I will not be eating there again.

Very dissatisfied with this subway ordered my food on my app paid for it ! When I get there to pick it up they don’t have anything ready said they didn’t have any order !! Of mine even though I showed them I paid they REFUSED to make things right that’s bad business !! They could have at least made me another order but they refused so disappointed
