Such a cute place to stop into with the most delicious food! My cousin had a surprise baby shower here and I was back within a few days because of how great the atmosphere was and how friendly the staff is. Signature salad dressing is excellent, and the panini I ordered with fresh basil, mozzarella, pesto, and tomatoes was to die for!!! A MUST-see if you’re in the area.

After several items were unavailable, including cheesesteaks on cheesesteak night at 6:30 pm, we ordered and waited for 40 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant with a dog barking incessantly. We kindly asked for our food to go at that point, only to get it home and discover a “toasted “panini with fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and pesto” that was actually on an untoasted hoagie roll with a few sliced regular tomatoes, no “fresh” mozzarella and a few sparse pieces of black bad spinach. The mango chicken salad was a wet pile of mush that looked like tuna fish and the chicken Caesar wrap came on a hoagie roll with unedible charred chicken. To top it off, we were told the prices have increased from what was on the menu, but we were already there and hungry. Over $50 for 3 meals we literally looked at and threw away. We have tried to support this business on multiple occasions and often leave frustrated. Tonight was the last time we can justify supporting local and literally being taken full advantage of. I rarely post negative reviews because I understand the value of reviews, but we truly felt if we had called, nobody would’ve cared and this was really over the top ridiculous.

Our favorite place to go on a Friday! The atmosphere here is great – the live music here is always enjoyable, the food is amazing and the staff here are super friendly. The best part is that it’s dog friendly – turn up always gets a treat when he comes and he loves it as much as we do! Also, it’s BYOB!

Don’t get the panini, unless you like them burnt. Our 1st time eating there did not make a good impression. The owner didn’t even tell us our to-go order was ready, he just left it on the counter. We were so disappointed and will not be back.

If you drive route 40 to the Jersey Shore (southern Beaches) you probably have missed this gem. The atmosphere is cute and quiet. The food is excellent! The up side down side is that all meals are made fresh to order. This means yummy in your tummy but a tick tock on your wrist watch! He offers mostly sandwiches and they are more pricey than a standard sandwich shop ( for the area) but the ingredients are of high quality and interesting pairings. He does have daily specials that are dinner meals. he also has a banquet room that would be great for office parties or baby showers, things of that nature.
If you are visiting someone in Elmer Hospital consider taking a nice break, have a quiet, tasty meal…it is only about 2 minutes away

This little restaurant/sandwich shop/bakery was a great find! We were playing in a soccer tournament in Pittsgrove and came across this gem of an eatery. It was in a building from I believe the late 1800’s and was very unique. Me and my daughter each had a sandwich on nice fresh bread with sesame seeds on top. I had a chicken cutlet and my daughter got turkey. The chicken cutlet was on grilled bread and both sandwiches came with a little fruit and a few of their home made potato chips. The chips were great! I just wanted a few more then what was served. Prices were very reasonable and they came in three different sizes; 6”,12”or a 24” sub. There was also a nice case with freshly made cookies and cakes as well. They also sold olive oils that you can bottle yourself. If you are passing through the area, check this place out. It’s a nice family run business! Spoke to Scott the owner and you can tell he takes pride in the food served here!

Got the Cuban sandwich. Some parts of my bread were hard. Some of my chips were soggy and the creamer they gave me for my iced coffee was bad. There was also no ice in my iced coffee. Someone else ordered soup and it was cold. They had to heat it up themselves. Another person didn’t feel good after eating their food.
We called to verify they were open before ordering. When I asked about the specials for the day, the girl told me that the specials wouldn’t be ready for another hour because they just opened. I don’t understand why she couldn’t just tell me what it was.

Horrible business. Please save yourself from getting scammed. We had our child’s first birthday there. None of the food we ordered was provided (the pasta was disgusting). We were forced to take Scott (owner) to court where we had to listen to him lie and continuously mention my (recently) deceased brother to an effort to appear more sympathetic (despite Scott making us waste our time dealing with him and the court case days before my brother’s funeral). We won our case and were awarded ~$2250, which Scott swore under oath he would pay….You can guess he never even attempted to pay. He is a liar and a thief. We have phone recordings, pictures, and much more evidence of his dishonesty. Please don’t throw your money away and support an actual deserving local business
