Your average Chinese take away joint. Ample parking on the side of the building, in the nearby car wash, and grocery store complex. The food and service are average, which is to say exactly what you want and expect. Something that stood out to me was how sparse the inside of the building is. It is completely devoid of tables or chairs. No eating inside at all. Exceptionally clean throughout the restaurant.

Was ok. Lomein tasted burnt. Didn’t know that tofu was in the steamed vegetables. Didn’t care for tofu. Steamed veggies could use a little more garlic flavor. Didn’t know that the sweet and sour chicken was fried but it was great. Very fast and liked the online ordering. Large menu.

I stopped in for some dumplings and egg rolls. The dumplings were soggy even though I ordered them fried and the egg rolls were inedible as they were overdone, caked in oil, and had very little filling. I didn’t think it was possible for a Chinese restaurant to screw up an egg roll. Will never return!

Food is very good. Portions are fair for a fair price. However, if you eat in they could use a little air conditioning in the summer, and a little heat in the cooler months. But otherwise, excellent place. Never a bad meal.

Oh the wonderful staple of West Pittston, the Great Wall Chinese Restaurant!
This restaurant has been around ever since I was a young lad and I am 34 now. And it is the same person working the desk as was when I was younger, her name is Selena. She is a very great person with such a positive attitude and never have I seen a frown on this woman.
The food is absolutely delicious. Everything I have ever gotten there was just marvelous and never was I ever dissatisfied. They have a great menu selection and I believe they have the best lo mein noodles around.

One thing many youngsters probably do not know about this place is that it was once a Chinese buffet! All of the kids would go over there on half a day of school and rummage through the buffet tables and it was so awesome. When the store changed, it was kind of depressing to see it go away and just become basically a takeout spot with one or two tables. But their legacy will continue as they keep Truckin everyday to take care of every person that walks through those doors.

When I was a kid, my dad used to bring me here. It was a buffet and much bigger. Didn’t have the side wall or back wall. So it has changed appearance. Food was great. I ordered orange chicken combo platter and a general tso platter. I usually order from the Chinese place over in pittston by library but this was closer to me. The only thing I thought could be better was the rice. The one in pittston has more pork in it then this location. Which made the rice semi plain. It had a little bit of peas and carrots in it so a vegetable type rice. Overall my experience was great. I would order here again with some small request.

NEVER EVER again! The sauce was so coagulated it was like snot oozing off my food. Disgusting!
I adore Chinese food but after this, I may never look at it again. Yes, it was that disgusting.
Threw everything in the trash.
What a waste of $52

Not bad for a cheap meal, but wonton soup tasted like water, wontons had no flavor, and the egg roll I wouldnt pay extra for again it.was pretty empty not much in it. Rice and general tso chicken wasnt too bad comparable to anywhere else. I wouldnt get the soup or egg roll though
