Huge thank you to the 2 gentlemen for allowing me to charge my laptop while I was eating. Personally, I don’t see what all the complaints are about… Didn’t experience any of it. Also, certain sandwiches are subject to availability and/or location. If they say they can’t make it, it’s not the person behind the counter’s fault. Go somewhere else who can.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! Will not make a sandwich that I’ve gotten from 50-100 Subways over the last 15-20 years. I’ll just go to “the truckstop” and pay more. Terrible business decision. And the clerk said “I’ve had people walk out because of it” well I’m another one. I will not be back. AND OWNERS I REPEAT OWNERS…look at all of the $$$ you are losing. I guess u don’t care and neither do I.

Placed an order online as I do multiple times a month. Drove 15min to pick up my order and was told they have no order. Went back and checked only to see my order had been cancelled and not by me. Tried to place my order again but was cut off due to it now being 8:30pm. Tried to ask the employee, La Rai Williams, if there was anything that could be done and she immediately became confrontational and told me she couldn’t help me. When I asked for the managers name and number, she told me she wasn’t giving me the managers personal number and “That’s not how this works”. I never asked for a personal number. They even went as far as trying to say my husband yelled at them when he originally went in trying to pick up the order which absolutely did not happen. I am disgusted at the way we were treated.

Workers make good food but store owner hasn’t been opting in to any coupons for the app. This makes it difficult to order ahead so you can stop in on the way home from work and grab a sandwich ready to go with no wait. Instead you have to drive all the way home to grab your coupons and then drive all the way back and have to wait on them to take your order and then make it. And it’s just not feasible to order without the coupons because a regular ham and cheese footlong sandwich should not be $12. Not a combo or a meal. Just the sandwich. And it’s not even that they won’t take the coupons because you can still use the coupons in the store, it’s just an inconvenience issue. It’s enough of a hassle to take us from eating two subs here once or twice a week to maybe once a month. I’ll also tack on the issue of the lady running it not allowing “pizza subs” which used to be a menu item. It’s just a salami and pepperoni sandwich with the sauce they use for the meatballs. Other subways in the area will still do it no problem, such as in pauls valley, but we’ve been given the excuse It has something to do with putting the warm sauce on a cold sandwich, even though it’s getting toasted anyways? Makes no sense to me and just seems spiteful.

Young man rang up All American club wrong. Put Turkey $11.19 then charged $4 for ham and $2.10 for bacon. I asked why it was so much he said because of the extras.. should have only been $12.79 plus tax as the second sandwich was rang up right..

I didn’t get her name, but she had colored hair, maybe pink, and she worked on April 6th at around 4:30.
She was the only person in there and she still managed to get our sandwiches for us in less than 5 minutes. She was very nice and seemed a bit overworked given how busy it was.
I really admire her for just not walking away from the stress. So, to whoever she was, thank you!

Does anyone else hate going into a place to spend your hard earned money and you feel like an inconvenience to the person getting paid to serve you?
Businesses need to get their ship un order and get these ppl to customer service training show their workers that they care and get more hands on in their shops to make sure product and service is on point.
It would be better for business if your employees were happy to be their, friendly, and well trained. Work hard at something if you want it to be great and successful with frequent customers.

Fresh and delicious, just as it always is! I was burned out on subway for a little while, but I’ve figured out that if I rotate between different types of bread and switch between breakfast and regular sandwiches, I don’t get burned out on subway. That’s a good thing because it’s definitely the best bang for your buck anywhere! Also- I love the flatbreads- my current favorite!
