I loved a bowl and chips, but only downside was a cashier. He took a cooking role on the half way in the counter. He was hasty and uptight, so I had no time to think what I really wanted.

I went to go get my food last night and as I walked in, there were so much loud music that the girl couldn’t even hear me of how loud the music was. They also one of girls who was serving had horrible attitude like she didn’t even wanna be there I get it It’s a job but at the end of the day if they’re in the front, they have to be friendly to people at least acknowledge them. They didn’t even have an eye contact no smile just literally put the food in basically doing it in a bad mood, which, if you were a customer, you just feel very unwelcome. I wouldn’t wanna go back because of how bad the customer service is. is.

I did an online order where I ask for chicken and Birria meat. Once i was ready to eat my burrito bowl I didn’t see no birria meat. I pay extra for extra meat/protein. This is ridiculous.

This was the absolute worst food, service and experience we have ever experienced at Qdoba. I ordered a steak bowl and it tasted and smelled repulsive. My husband’s was the same. It was so bad I couldn’t eat it, I had to throw it away. The soda machine was broke and water was running out of the machine as we filled up our soda and into our drinks. Unsanitary and disgusting. The checkout person was not friendly at all. I couldn’t believe someone could ruin Qdoba. Qdoba is usually my favorite restaurant. I will NEVER EVER go to this location again. It’s food it repulsive, drink machine is broken and unsanitary and the staff is unfriendly. What a waste if time and money.

LOVE the food. You get a TON. You wont leave hungry! Only knocked off a star because the cashier didnt speak English well so I couldn’t understand her and she said we couldn’t buy an order of chips, the manager had to step in and tell her yes you can buy a side of chips.

I ordered nachos chips on the side. This was the bag of chips they gave me. I asked for more and they said they aren’t allowed to give anymore. I ordered another large bag the same size for $2.59. Both bags equal half a bag of chips. This seems crazy….
