Last time I had to wait outside circling the drive-thru for 25 minutes AFTER it said it would be ready online at a certain time. This time it was ready early, and when I picked it up it was hard and overcooked. I asked for square cut on both pizzas for my grandkids and they cut both regularly. One was supposed to be the New Yorker and it was a thin burnt dry pizza. The hand-tossed was also dry hardly any sauce and both the pizzas were just terrible. This is my last time ever going to this Alvin store. It needs to be closed down.

Food is great I ordered a medium two topping with extra pepperoni and bacon I got the lava cakes and I got the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread it has great flavor but it had no pepperoni inside will not order that again very unsatisfied about it but everything else was fine

Dominos always hits the spot, pizza is always hot fresh, whether it’s delivered or carry out…. I always ask them to add extra garlic sauce on the crust and they listen…. Love my dominos.

Ordered Pizza and chose delivery for my mom and my little sisters. Blayson was AMAZING! Reached out to verify the location and was fantastic delivering the pizzas to my mom. Communication was GREAT!
I usually always order dominoes from this location and never had an issue, only once on a busy night we received the wrong order but they were nice and remade our order. Once again thank you Blayson!

I ordered this thin crust pizza and it arrived cold and tossed. and the other pizza(ultimate pepperoni) was wrong.
I admit I ordered the wrong pizza and I just wanted normal pepperoni; but since my order was already messed up I decided to call and explain to management that the order was ruined.
Management (a woman whose name started with an H) told me that in order to get the pizzas re-made and given to me I would have to sign a paper saying I’m content with the pizzas.
Before they were re-made.
Which I would do if they refunded the pizza I ordered wrong and charged me for the pizza I actually wanted since I didn’t mind waiting. give me back the delivery fee since I had taken the time to drive there for the mistake of their driver tossing my other (correct) pizza around like a bouncy ball from those 25¢ machines in the back of his car.
Since I drove my way to the location, I had asked for a partial refund since I had originally had it delivered. They would not honor any kind of refund of that sort and actually said I would need to pay for the pizzas made to replace the tossed up pizza (which was the correct pizza)
So I asked for a full refund and that they could just keep the pizzas which the management was eager however
the supposed “gm” had told me after the refund she could NOT give me the pizzas unless I re-paid for my original order plus the two extra pizzas from the new order.
I wouldn’t have mind paying for the pizza that I ordered incorrectly (ultimate pepperoni)
Or the new pepperoni one
but they wouldn’t remake the pizza that was correctly made but the driver must have been drifting so hard it would give Dom from The Fast and Furious movies a run for his money.
Overall horrible customer service

I ordered this pizza along with another one over the phone and came then through the drive-thru to pick it up. When I got home about 15 minutes later, I opened the box and saw this (photo posted). I immediately called the location and the man that answered the phone was extremely careless. I explained to him the situation and he responded with “Yes, I know exactly what happened. I was the one that handled the pizza and it slipped out of my hands and fell into the box causing the box to flip. I am aware of it, it was me”. I then responded with, “Okay, so what is going to be done to fix this issue? We’ve never had this happen and this pizza looks horrible”. He then responded with “Yeah, it was me” and then went completely silent. I said okay so… then he said “Yeah” and after just went completely silent again, so I just hung up because it was becoming uncomfortable. My husband then followed up about 5 minutes later and the same young man answered the phone. He told my husband the same thing about it being him who dropped the pizza etc.and then leaving it at that. My husband then requested to speak to a manager and requested a refund and the same man told him “he didn’t know if that would be approved” and put him on hold for a while. Then the same young man got back on the phone and asked my husband to come back into the store and get a fresh pizza, and he thinks that would be approved but he wasn’t certain. He never got to speak to anyone but this man and it was extremely unprofessional. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had coming to this location and are very disappointed.

Ordered a large thin crust cheese/pepperoni and it was burnt on the top and bottom. So burnt the kids wouldn’t touch it, and they love pizza like ninja turtles. I ran out to show the delivery driver and he said I should order hand-tossed crust next time because thin crust always burn and that’s the way they’re made. Really? That’s the way they’re made? Because I have ordered thin crust pizzas from other pizza places and they don’t come out burnt. It’s not a thin crust pizza problem, it’s a Dominos Pizza problem. After reading all the other negative reviews here, this tells me my experience is not unique. Dominos is now my very last option for pizza. No apology necessary. Just do better and wait until you get off your shift to smoke pot.

This is the worst pizza I’ve ever seen. We ordered at 6:19pm and was told it wasn’t even being made until 7:20pm. This was the pizzas we received. We called and asked for them to be remade. When we picked those up, they weren’t much better.

There is always a hassle at this location. We are told the order will be ready at a certain time and we always have to wait 20 min more. This last time we showed up and could not find out order. We are never acknowledged and this location always has horrible service.
