That one male manager was extremely rude. He seen us standing in front of the register and didn’t bother to greet us. He had an employee take orders from both sides while he just stands with his phone in his hand . He was more focused on his phone than the customers

Always always incorrectly getting my food order. Super frustrating plus I shouldn’t have to double check my order. Sadly there are not as many BK’S as other fast food locations, so going to BK is somewhat a small journey. So saying this and then adding the first statement, you do the math. Always going back, prayffully they get it right this time! but at some point rather soon those ” chances ” will come to a complete hault & be no longer, just past memories/experiences.

Well after waiting for a hour almost after close to receive our meals. The cookies to replace my daughters chocolate shake were missing. The chocolate milk for the kids meal and BBQ sauce were not there. We had a ton of over cooked nuggets though, don’t they look tasty and dry. Fries were cold and the cheese sticks guess what no sauce! Oh and my Mother’s bacon cheese burger probably would have made her sick, and oh my so much for fixings on that Burger too. So paid for items and got nothing even in exchange after waiting a hour just for them to start making our order. They don’t answer the phone so you have to bang on the door like a lunatic to get part of what you pay for.

We went through the drive-thru, and Teresa H DZ took our order. However, at the end of the ordering process, she started cussing, and we could clearly hear it through the intercom. While it’s possible the comments weren’t directed at us, it was still inappropriate and unprofessional.
