Raising Cane’s definitely has good chicken. It is fresh, crispy, and consistently tasty, and the signature sauce is a big win. Portions are satisfying and the menu is simple, which makes ordering easy. However, the service experience could be better. During busy hours, the staff seem a bit rushed, which affects overall smoothness. With quicker service and a little more attentiveness, the experience would match the quality of the food. Overall, great food, but service still has room to improve. We stopped here for a quick dinner on our drive back home (Maryland) from Boston. In Maryland we don’t have one so we stop on for travel when ever we get a chance to grab a bite.

My wife had wanted to take the kids to one of these restaurants for a while because she thought they would like it. However, I wasn’t really that interested. So it worked out that we we’re looking for something to eat and there was one nearby so I decided to pull the trigger. My wife loved it because she’s not really big on red meat, perfers chicken and it was a clean and well operated restaurant. To myself and our kids, it was just ok because of the simple fact that it is quite simply a chicken tender restaurant. So, as long as you like chicken tenders, it’s definitely the place for you. Honestly, for me, it was a Popeyes chicken with a smaller menu and less flavor. That being said, the only reason I’d probably go back is because my wife likes it, and I try to be a good hubby and take care of my lady. Sorry Raising Cane, I’m not too impressed.

This was my first ever experience at Raising Canes, and everyone loves it so I was excited to give it a try. I’m going to be honest, it was nothing groundbreaking. The chicken was good, however it was VERY undercooked to the point where it was hard to eat. I always say sauce makes chicken, so if it wasn’t for the Canes sauce I don’t think I would have been able to finish it. The fries were good, and I loved the toast and the signature sauce was amazing, but again, it’s no better than Chic-Fil-A or Dave’s Hot Chicken. If it was cooked a little longer, it would have been excellent.

The chicken fingers are very good. The sauce & cole slaw are good as well. I like that they give you Texas Toast. Various seating options here: booths, high top tables, and regular tables. My only complaint is that the cashier didn’t care enough to get my name correctly, which makes it difficult to get your food since they vall your name when it is ready. However, the dining room attendant was kind enough to bus our table for us.

Their sauce is good but their chicken is mediocre, at best. Not crispy- kind of soggy. Their sandwich is just three chicken tenders sat on bread and it’s not easy to keep it all together. Their fries are really dry and have no flavor at all. Their coleslaw is delicious!
As for the atmosphere- the building is kept cold.. bring a sweatshirt even in the dead of summer. The decorations in the building are neat (disco balls and Elvis portraits) but the music is so loud, it’s hard to even hear what the person across the table from you is saying.
The first impression we had on the service was not good. The lady working the register mumbled under her breath the entire time we ordered- it was extremely hard to understand what she was saying and she just seemed irritated (I would be too working in a loud and cold environment though, so I get it.)
Overall- I’m glad we tried it but we won’t be going out of our way to eat there again. It did not live up to the hype.

Finally got to try this place. Never been to a Raising Cane’s before. When we walked in and looked at the menu board it was chicken fingers and sides. That caught us off guard. The employees were friendly and welcoming. After having their chicken finger I would say I prefer them over Popeyes or Chick-fil-a. They are very good and melt in your mouth. The sauce (the only sauce) is pretty good.

After a few disappointing experiences with other similar chicken spots like Chick-fil-A, I reluctantly gave Raising Cane’s a try—and I’m glad I did! While their menu is simple, it focuses on doing one thing really well: chicken fingers. And they nailed it. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. What really elevated the meal was their signature Cane’s Sauce—absolutely delicious and packed with the perfect flavor punch.
Their lemonade was another pleasant surprise—refreshing and balanced, not overly sweet like you find in many fast food places. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and the overall experience left me impressed. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for quality chicken done right.

First time and only time I’m eating at Raising Cane’s. Chicken fingers weren’t crispy at all. Fry’s were seasoned well but were soggy also. Ordered a coke but you could visibly see the syrup was running out so I couldn’t drink the soda.

Finally got to Raising Canes! We went through the drive thru, no line at the time & quick to get food. Walked in to use bathroom & was greeted when walking in. Neat/clean atmosphere. Food was good & everyone seemed to like it! Would recommend.

Finally, we had an opportunity to try this new restaurant. During the opening weeks ,lines both in drive-thru and inside have been insane! But tonight, we walked right in and up to the counter.
The restaurant is super clean … As soon as someone leaves the table, a Cane’s crew member is there to clean and disinfect the table and chairs immediately! Even though it was a little noisy, the energy is undeniably high. The employees are friendly and well trained. No waiting for us. We went about 830pm Thursday night and 4 registers open. No kiosks! Personal service! Some outdoor seating. Bright and cheery outside at night.
Now for the food. My partner had the ‘3 finger combo’,fries, sauce, texas toast, and fountain drink. Fountain drinks you fill yourself. All coke products. I elected to go “ala carte” and ordered 3 ‘fingers’ @ 1.99 each. Our order came quickly, and they call you by name. They give a Hero discount.
The ‘fingers’ were lightly breaded, served hot, and were very tender. The crinkle fries also served hot. The sauce was mild and enough for about 4 ‘fingers’.
They were so good, we both ordered 3 more each and another order of fries! We easily could become a fan as long as they continue to keep this level of service and quality of the food.
I had the opportunity to speak to Bryan, the Operations Manager, and he is very efficient at what he does. This chain is a well run operation, at least here from what I’ve seen. Bryan was very busy but took the time to talk with me. He is certainly an asset to this company.
I suggest you see for yourself “fast food” done right. Definitely will be back.
