Service people were very rude. I was standing for a while which I understand because they are busy . Except they were talking and then walked up to the desk and said , “ what .” Very unnecessarily rude , I don’t need crazy customer service but a bare minimum of how can I help. Then, I got some Buffalo wings and they were supposed to be wet and they barely had any sauce on there . Lastly, we had multiple different flavors and they threw all the wings into one box together and put a thin layer between three different flavors which of course does not work and so they all mixed together when we got home . I never been to a wing-stop that did that . Reason for a two is they got the order right at least, with the exception that all the flavors were mixed .

All time favorite wings place. The fries are my favorite with their ranch. I give service 4 stars because they seem to take online orders more seriously than if you order to dine in. Usually dine-in orders take much longer up to 50 mins sometimes.

A update from 3 years ago employees come and go service changes. As time goes currently. Let’s be realistic, just as the majority of these restaurants out here, they’re being bombarded from all ends online over the phone in person. Drive-thru third party such as Uber, doordash, GrubHub their own Independent delivery system at times so service is a variable succumbed to X point in time A gamble if you will which leads you to employees, consistency and service? This is on of our favorite locations. Although everytime I encounter this make cashier. He never acknowledges you waiting in line and goes to his register and just stars at you without saying anything. Doesn’t even repeat your order. Seems like he hates his job since he speaks with attitude. No eye contact whatsoever and just give you your total. I had requested to speak with their manager and asked for managers name. He stated he could not give me their managers name since it was against their policy?? This individual should work elsewhere if he does not want to deal with customers. Customer service was horrible!!!

This is the second time this location has messed up something in my order first it was no carrots that i SPECIFICALLY ASKED ONLY CARROTS as a side and they didnt send a side at all, i got the receipts but didnt wanna complain just for carrots. Ordered delivery doordash did a great job the problem was not the delivery but receiving something extra inside my blue cheese. Called to let them know they said it was blue cheese while it clearly not being blue cheese and they just said we cannot do anything except you coming in to pick up new dressing or put a credit. I had them put a credit but will not go back to that wingstop.

I’m here right now to eat my dinner with my husband . We ordered it by 6:30 and it’s already 7 and the food is still not in our table . We only ordered 2 combos of tenders and I don’t know why it took them a long time to make them . So my husband decided to check on it and the guy went to the back and he bring our food . And to my surprised the food is already cold and the fries look bad and dark already . I guess they need to work more than talking in the front . Just saying . Worst Wingstop ever !
