Best Chipotle I have ever been to! The employees were the sweetest and so helpful. Portions were big, chicken was perfectly cooked, rice and beans were flavorful, and guacamole was amazing! The chips were also great! It’s a very nice location and seems to be run very well. So glad Cleburne now has a Chipoltle!!!!

I am so disappointed. First time ordering from this Chipotle and it leaves a lot to be desired. The food was cold, the chimichurri sauce was spilled all over the inside of the bag, chips were stale and they only filled the queso cup up halfway. I would have sent this to the chipotle directly but they don’t have a “contact us” on their app.

I would have given 5 stars if I wouldn’t have gotten skimped on the chips. Flavor and taste was fresh and great they really know how to make a burrito. But if I spend 20$ on a burrito with extra meat I want extra meat. i even got a side of meat and the amount of meat I had in the side container was the same amount as the burrito with double meat. So for anybody wanting extra meat get a side of meat it costs the same and there’s more. And if I’m paying 12$ for a large chips and queso don’t give me a quarter filled bag of chips labeled large… Lays hasn’t done me that dirty. For how good the food tastes and how fresh and how good the portions are with everything don’t miss with the chips.

I was excited to use the app and Chipotle Lane to pick up an order. Upon arrival I was told their app wasn’t working and needed to come into the store to replace an order. Normally that would not be that big of a deal except that I did not have time and specifically needed to pick it up in the manner in which I had prepaid to do so. The told that I could not get a refund through them and I needed to contact the app to get it, this process took another 45 minutes of my time to actually get a refund in 3-5 days. Nowhere in this was I given any ‘ I’m sorry’ or quality customer service. Unfortunately if this is the service Chipotle will be offering in Cleburne, I do not see them doing well. I cannot comment on the food because I never got a chance to get it.

I was hesitant to come because of the bad reviews, but I came after my cousin said she had a good experience.
The place was PACKED, but we were greeted and attended to quickly. My sons quesadilla accidentally slid on the floor, and they quickly remade me another. My chips were stale, but when I took them back they gave me a new bag and apologized.
Employees all had great customer service!
