From beginning to end, every experience is always delightful. From an Italian background, we are thrilled to have home-cooked feel good meals from Miss Celia and the family here at Giuseppe‘s.

Whether there’s specials or not, always try something new because you will never be disappointed.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

I came in with my two sons (9 & 11) for a rare dinner out. I ordered an XL pizza advertised as 12 slices so we could each have 4. When it arrived, it only had 10 slices. I politely pointed it out right after it was served.

Instead of resolving it calmly, the situation escalated. Staff argued loudly about it in front of the entire restaurant, and I was essentially told they couldn’t take my word for it and that nothing would be done. The cook came out aggressively, and I was left feeling embarrassed and humiliated in front of my children.

I never asked for anything free—only what I paid for. A remake was briefly offered and then taken back. The only resolution offered was a mini pizza, which I declined. The way this was handled was unnecessarily confrontational and upsetting.

What made this even harder is that this was meant to be a special moment for my sons, who recently lost their father. An incredibly kind stranger ended up paying for our meal so we could leave.

Mistakes happen—but how you handle them matters. We won’t be returning.

We went in today for Valentine’s Day and honestly, I wish we had chosen somewhere else. The shrimp Alfredo was almost $30 and came with a bland soup that tasted like something you’d eat when you’re sick. The fettuccine Alfredo had maybe six shrimp and the sauce was watery, almost like mushroom soup.
Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth the price. We’ll be spending our money elsewhere next time. I also encourage people to leave honest and realistic reviews to help others make informed decisions.

I was dining here last night for the first time and witnessed an interaction that really bothered me.

A mother and her two young sons were seated near me. She politely brought up that the XL pizza she ordered was missing slices. Instead of being handled quietly and professionally, staff began arguing about it loudly across the restaurant. The cook even came out to confront her, and the situation quickly became uncomfortable for everyone watching.

The customer was not rude and was clearly just asking for what she paid for. What should have been a simple fix turned into a very public and humiliating moment in front of her children. You could see how upset she was, and many of us in the restaurant felt uncomfortable witnessing it.

Mistakes happen in restaurants, but the way this was handled was unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer service matters, and this experience alone would make me think twice about returning.

OG Italian classic dishes done right and pizza that has perfectly balanced toppings. Not too salty, not too greasy and full of flavor. Their fettuccine was on point, wings are crispy and sauced up just right. The Meat Lovers pizza is a must and even better as a late night snack. The staff added that special touch to our evening by providing great customer service. Thank you Giuseppe’s.

They say kindness is free and I guess Giuseppe’s is overdrawn because I witnessed the saddest customer service interaction I’ve seen in a long time. There was this lady there with her kids. She was a young mother and it seemed like she was doing her best to treat her kids to a nice dinner. I guess they cut her pizza into the wrong amount of slices, so it was going to make it so not all the kids would get the same amount of slices. The cook came out and was so rude to her that she was asking for a pizza cut to accommodate the kids portions(the pizza she ordered advertised the amount of slices she paid for) that the lady started crying. Pizza dough literally costs like $1.00 to produce. Even if they had made an entirely new pizza, it would have only cut into their bottom line marginally. A lot of businesses don’t seem to realize that the word of mouth is going to make their business more successful than anything else. The fact that this business cared more about shaming a young mother than remaking a pizza to make a few kids happy means I am NEVER giving my hard earned cash to this business again. Do better people.

I’ve eaten here a few times over the years but I’m finally writing a review after a horrible experience.

The first three times I got pizza here I got it to go and it was cold. I figured it got done early and was sitting out so I didn’t say anything I just put it in the oven for a few minutes when I got home. But then I dined inside the restaurant for the first time and all my food was still cold. I asked the waitress if there was anything she could do about it and she said no. After that I asked for a box, paid, went home, and microwaved and finished my dinner.

A few days ago I went back, I figured time had passed so maybe things changed. While waiting to order I overheard staff arguing in the kitchen, they were extremely loud and vulgar towards each other and it was very awkward. A woman came and took my to-go order and when it came out it was all wrong, and also cold. I was fed up, I asked for a refund and was denied so I once again took my food home and microwaved it. I won’t be returning and I suggest you don’t ever step foot in this establishment.

Additionally there were dead bugs in the corners. It really added to the ambiance.

Been going here for years and the food is always incredible, except tonight’s take out. Got the ala cart spaghetti and meatballs. The taste was great as usual. My issue was the pasta could have been drained better and for the price there could have been a bit more sauce and less water.

Stopped by with 6 teenagers for my son’s birthday. Waitress informed us of a family special that included a large pizza, spaghetti, garlic bread and salad. She told us (2) orders will feed all the boys and 3 of us. We had plenty of food for all of us. Pizza had perfect ratio of cheese, sauce and toppings. Spaghetti was average. Our waiter was slow, we had to remind him of our refills and ask him for basic condiments. Outdoor seating was nice, heat lamps and roomy to seat a table of 9. We did find a small hair in our salad which we did notify our waiter it was replaced. One of our plates had dried food perhaps brushing food off plates prior to throwing them in dishwasher will help.
