I want to complain on this store. I placed an order for carry out thru their app. And when i arrived to pick up my order, only my 32 piece garlic bread went thru and not my medium pizza. Store had to make one for me and i had to wait an additional 15mins. I asked for a discount and one kind guy wanted to give it but a girl from there told him no. Thats unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complain to the BBB.

We did online order for pick-up. When we got there our order said ready on the app. I had to knock on the door it was locked and finally the gentleman unlocked door and told me pizzas had burned and he had to remake my pizza. I ordered 3 pizzas. Nothing smelled burnt. I think he was just behind on his orders because he was the only inside working and making pizzas. Had to wait another 15mins+. Pizzas were good. Normally I have no issues with this location.

Called the store for a delivery order, ordered two large pizzas, the gentleman on the phone stated the card you are using is invalid because of the zip code. I got charged $36.83 ( three times on this card). Then I used another card which went through for an additional $36.83. I am a disabled veteran on social security so the total which I gave the driver a $5.00 tip the total was $152.37. They told me which i am looking at my bank statement that the charges were pending. I informed them NO they are the charges posted. They argued with me saying no there pending and we can’t issue any refund. The charges are still posted on my account. I am a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The service here is consistently disappointing. I’ve ordered from other Domino’s locations and never had issues, but unfortunately this is the closest and most convenient one for me.
I recently spent $60 on pizza for my child’s birthday party, and the order arrived looking poorly made and missing the main ingredient. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this location, and I’ve been trying to avoid ordering from here altogether.
At this point, I’d rather drive farther to a different Domino’s or even choose Papa John’s or Pizza Hut then deal with the service at this store again. That’s how bad the quality and customer service have been.

I submitted my order online for carry out. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly worker. He promptly handed my order along with some candy canes for the holidays. Pizzas were fresh and toppings were hefty. I look forward to ordering from them.

I placed an order at 7:13pm on a Saturday night and the order did not arrive until 1 hour and 46 minutes later. That is uncalled for. I called and asked about our order at 8:23 to ask about the order and even offered to go get it. The guy said they only had two drivers so it would be a bit. But then when I offered to get it, he said it was already on the way. That’s NOT what the tracker said. Honestly, it just felt like he said it to get me off the phone. The tracker updated 30 min after that that it was on the way. Just warning you all not to order on a Saturday night. Stick to DoorDash or uber eats. Eating a cold pizza after 9pm was not ideal. At least it was edible.

I’m soooo not happy and wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Last night, after getting off work from the ER futher down the road I ordered a “specialty pizza” Buffalo Chicken and added bacon. The name of the pizza mentions an important ingredient “Buffalo” sauce because we all know there is no such thing as a Buffalo chicken. LoL, but on a serious note, I got home, which was too far to return to the store to discover the pizza was made with no Buffalo sauce. HOW AND WHY, please explain this to me. Spent my money to not get what I want pisses me off! For them to not take accountability
