The pad Thai tasted great!! I had ordered pad Thai with chicken. The chicken slices were the size of 1/2 lemon but only had 5 slices.

There is another Thai food truck in the area that has some of the most authentic amazing Thai food you’ve ever had outside of Bangkok. They were closed today so we tried Heavenly and figured it would be on par with the other spot. This is just incredibly mid. I got the pad kra pao guy is a signature Thai dish. It basically tasted like teriyaki chicken. Bland and dry. Zero Thai basil flavor. With an overcooked egg. Soooo disappointing. Ahh well. Next road trip we’ll definitely go to the other spot.

Ordered Chicken and Shrimp Pad Thai today. The chicken and shrimp were excellent. Seasoning great. Noodles, not happy with at all, they were thick wheat noodles not the thin rice noodles the description provided. Very disappointed.

My expectations of a good food service are of how well prepared the ingredients are and how well the flavors work.
Heavenly thai satisfies only one of those expectations, and unfortunately it’s not the flavors.
Surprisingly bland for how well the ingredients were prepared, just salty and spicy with nothing else to complement it or bring it all together.
Now having said all this, the food is prepared quite nicely without anything being overcooked.
However the chicken and peppers dish biggest flaw for me was how the chicken appeared to be boiled, which tends to happen when the chicken is seared at too low of a temperature or when you keep moving the chicken around. There was no real color on the chicken, which is a key component in flavor development.
The sauce with the chicken was just watery and salty with nothing else really going on with it. Could have used a bit of sweetness and tartness to level out the salty spiciness.
For me this was very average and not spectacular, but still above all else not bad.
I’d recommend fuongs kitchen for better asian food with flavors that POP.

Poor customer service, asked for my Thai iced tea right away and you could see she clearly was mad about the request. Hardly any chicken and the noodles were so overdone it was just mush. Definitely not returning.

My partner and I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken, and the Drunken Noodles with chicken, and both orders were delicious I was craving Thai Food and my mother in law recommended this place. The amount of food for the price was awesome because you get a lot of food.

5 chunks of chicken in my dish. Very disappointed. I wont return. They where nice when I was there. But I have ran into this lady at the gas station. Not a very pleasant person unless your handing her money. And the noodles SUCK !!! Ya super friendly If your handing money to her.

Pad Thai was excellent last time. Large portions, fresh, hot, and delicious. Trying the Angel Wings and Pho today. Can’t wait to get home! Smells wonderful in the car right now!!
Update: sorry, no pics. Thai food best served hot. 🙂 The Angel Wings were fantastic; slightly sweet/spicy flavor. The pho was delicious as well. Side of noodles, scallions, Thai basil, and lime added texture and variety to the excellent base stock. Don’t overlook this food truck!
