They didn’t put butter or cream cheese on bagels via drive through. And did not include any napkins. Not sure how they expect someone to do that in a car without napkins! Also they were out of raisin and everything bagels.

The Dunkin’s on Portland Ave. in Dover, NH, located in Mike’s Mobile, had the nicest, sweetest, very professional ladies working this afternoon, September 2nd, around 3pm. I think they both should be commended and given a bonus for going above and beyond. Rare to find employees like them.

The coffees I order are always made how I like them. Everyone there is so kind EXCEPT for the Ginger teenager who was wearing a solid red mask. His attitude is always so sour. His tone of voice to customers is always on the rude side, as if he’s better than you.. but news flash – you’re still working at Dunkin’ Donuts kiddo. Customer service is key and this child doesn’t have a clue as to what it means to serve customers. Leave your issues at home and make your customers feel welcomed. He should be trained which is also sad because it’s just a fast food job. Nothing hard about being kind through a window. Otherwise, this location would be 5 stars if he was kind 🙂

The only thing worse than bad service is no service. The lights are on, the hours say 5am, but every time I’ve come recently it’s been 5:30 and I’ve sat in the drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order until I give up and leave. This place has gone downhill, take your business to the dunks next to Saigon on Central ave, those guys are fast and do a great job.

I had placed an order through door dash and after an hour of waiting was informed that the forgot to turn on the DoorDash order printer. They told me they were working on it and not ten minutes later canceled my order with no warning. I placed another order thinking that it was only a technical error but in fact found out through my dasher that they would rather talk about their personal lives and what they’re having for dinner instead of completing the order. I will not be going back to this dunkin, not even through the app.

Crazy how I order food and 3 drinks at window and was told to come in due to the order so I minus out donuts and was still told to come in so I left line and went in at register I had to redo my order. Grossest dunkins around. I’ve attempted a coffee here a few times (convenient location for me) and the kids are rude as hell and my coffee didn’t even taste like coffee just cream… so I asked for them to fix it and he kept the straw in said he put in sugar but I’m pretty sure he just spit in it. Munchkins are old and hard as well. All the other dunkins in Dover have much better customer service. Maybe it’s because they’re in a gas station so they are just extra disgusting. Starbucks is 100x better and the prices aren’t really that much more unless you’re getting a fancy coffee, you can even have them add latte sauces to your cofffee I suggest giving it a try!

I’m not one to make bad reviews but waiting 20 mins in line, both my bagels were asked to have the cream cheese on the side which was not the case and the ONE coffee I ordered, was made wrong. I respect young people working but pay attention and listen to what the customer is asking for.
