Young man working the drive thru was rude, angry and disrespectful. Shoved my order right at me. When I called him out on his attitude I got a line of profanities thrown at my spouse and I. Didn’t give me one of my sandwiches that I ordered either. Go elsewhere. Seriously.

I usually come to the store before work and get a coffee. They’re usually cheerful and happy most of the time. However, I have been there in the morning and already got a muffin that was so hard. You could throw it through plaster. Also. Today I was there and I ordered breakfast sandwich and it was so bad. The cheese was so old it wouldn’t even melt and the waffle was so hard and dry. Now I spent $10 between a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and had to throw my breakfast sandwich out. That’s two times now. I had a bad experience there. Not a good place to go in the morning. I think they’re serving a very old stuff. Not a place I’d recommend to stop

This morning I went through the drive thru and was greeted by the most cheerful girl! I intended to just get a coffee but she sold me on a donut and joked it was google review worthy. While the donut was great, her service was outstanding in that short interaction. Someone else gave me my order at the window but she still came up and continued to joke around with me. Her attitude and cheerfulness put a smile on my face, all before 8am. I believe her name was Sam – thanks Sam for making my day start great!

While this place has excellence service, I always grab coffee in the morning if I can. they close the doors to the dining room in the morning about 2 to three times a week which kinda sucks for me because I don’t drive. Maybe I’ll just start walking in the drive thru lane
