My food was made in a timely manner & service was good. Everything was good until I seen my fries , I didn’t notice until I got home because there was seasoning covering them up . My fries were extremely old and burnt . I reached out to management and just got ignored. Please do better

So this was my first time in. The young man who took my order was really nice. The sitting area wasn’t all that but it was clean and had room. I ordered lemon pepper dry rub and got it to go. I was impressed. They are really good! Fries reminded me of Steak Escape. I will try them again!

Greasy as heck. Even after I called ahead of time and asked them to make sure it’s not greasy because it’s not the first time it’s happened. And I see a review from one year ago saying the same thing so you all still have the same problem one year later smh. The only location that gets it right without me nasty and greasy is whitehaven. All the grease made my food nasty. Like are you all not draining your chicken or something??? Gross. I have given this location three chances and they give me a box of grease every time. I’m about to just stop going to Wingstop altogether. Too expensive to be hoping and wishing that it’s right next time. Just forget it.

I ordered here and was given a time of 30 minutes after I placed the order that my food would be ready. Got there about 40 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready. The girl at the register told me it would be a few more minutes. Cool. I waited in the store about 10 minutes ,went back to my car to grab something, came back in and was still waiting another 10 minutes. The store was not packed it was maybe 3 other customers waiting as well. I noticed other people who came after me were getting their food. By this time it’s been almost 30 minutes since I arrived. So I asked the girl if my food was ready yet. Well lo and behold it was sitting on the shelf along with some of the other orders. Clearly she knew she hadn’t given me my food yet and saw me waiting in line and did not mention that my food was ready until I asked!! Got home started eating and noticed that it was hair on one of the wings and it had to been fried with it as the hair was stuck under the chicken skin. I took it back and asked for a refund. Was promised a refund by Anya in 7-10 days as I was told that the request had to be sent up to a higher management. She followed up the next day stating that she submitted the refund. However by the 11th day I never received my refund. Attempted to contact the store on the 11th day and was told the manager would call me when she got in that evening. No one called back that evening and I ended up just disputing the payment with my bank. I would NEVER order from this location again and I’m actually hesitant from eating at any Wingstop at this point.

This place has to be the best value in town! We spent like $18 and still had leftovers. Not to mention the food was excellent. The lady that took our order and the other staff were all super nice. Applebee’s closed an hour and a half early, but I guess we were glad they did.

Starts off walking up to the register, and ordering the 15 piece meal for two clearly on the menu board. The rude girl said “we don’t got that”. I said it’s right there on the board…. 5 PEOPLE ordered after us, 3 had much bigger orders. THEY ALL GOT THEIR ORDERS BEFORE MY WIFE AND I!!!!! We waited 45 minutes, and I ordered mild wings with extra sauce.. Got home and there was 0 sauce on our wings! None!!! Our large fries wasn’t even HALF way filled and I paid 30 dang dollars for this crap!!!! I wish there was more I could do about this than leave a review but unfortunately we just get screwed….

Manager on duty was standoffish. Don’t usually mind these kinda things, just wanted my food. They forgot to cook the chicken. This is what I got. Took a few bites and realized something was wrong. Hope I don’t get sick.
To add. The guy rang me up as two guests for two drinks and an up charge for a large fry. I was alone but I didn’t say anything to avoid confrontation. I think he over charged me purposefully. Maybe it was an accident idk.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! They never answer the phone ! I ordered over $70 worth of food and they delivered a completely different order and everything tasted like it had been saturated in butter !! IT WAS DISGUSTING! No flavor just BUTTER sand that wasn’t even a flavor choice! No one answered the phone therefore I couldn’t have my order replaced or request a refund but I am however contacting customer service . It’s terrible how that location went downhill. Please don’t order online , they will take your order and money then when you arrive for pick up , NO ONE IS THERE!! I ordered all

Dirty tables and floor. Waited 1hr 15 min for a call in order and the order was completely wrong. Worst wings I’ve ever had, kids got sick eating them. I ordered honey hot and lemon pepper. The order was sabotaged, with no seasoning at all. $118 wasted, Never again.

I placed an online order last night& picked it up…. only to get home to relax& prepare myself to eat. I looked in the container and there was a paper liner inside that the food was on top of…underneath the food was nothing but GREASE!!!!!!! I took the chicken out and laid it on a paper towel& threw the paper liner in the bag. This is the result of how much grease was underneath the boneless chicken& chicken tenders. After soaking, just to taste the lemon pepper tender it was way to SALTY!! Chicken went in the trash& the only thing i could eat were the Voodoo fries. This is bad business & management only if i had checked the reviews first, i didnt! I totally understand why you guys have 2.7 stars!!!!!
