Today first time i tried “Southwest Chicken Avo wrap”… Great taste!! The outer wrap is grainy, smokey & grilled chicken inside & overall Earthy taste… Loved it!!!

I haven’t been to another Potbelly, but I don’t think there is or could be a better one. Service is always really outstanding, very friendly, and wanting to serve. I’m not sure who the owners are but I do think I’ve seen them working behind the counter many times, and they are awesome people. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. The sandwiches are truly outstanding, and typically last me two meals. Please don’t change that. I love this place!

They’re consistent and I enjoy ordering from here. I usually order one of the following: Avo Turkey, Chicken Club, Veggie Melt, Mediterranean, and all are delicious! I will try other sandwich options. Can’t really mess up soup! And salads look good. I have yet to try a milkshake, but I’ve heard good things from people I know.

We stopped here for lunch today. My daughter has a dairy allergy and I looked online and there are items she can have. I let the lady up front know and asked that she change gloves before taking my daughter’s order. She made sure everyone changed gloves prior to touching my daughter’s sandwich and didn’t complain about it at all! The food was fresh and delicious. The customer service exceeded my expectations. Thank you! We are not from Wisconsin so it’s hard finding a place we aren’t familiar with that accommodates so well.

Great sandwich, I ordered the Avo Turkey, I was a little disappointed they forgot to put the avocado on it. The sandwich was still delicious and I’d definitely go back!!! I was there during a busy lunch hour and everyone working was very friendly and the line moved fast!!

I ordered lunch for out office. We all ordered a sandwich of some kind. It was the first time having food here. I picked up the order as they don’t offer delivery. When I arrived to pick up the order the staff was impatient and one was downright rude to me because I didn’t know the procedure for picking up the orders. 1 person loved his sandwich, but the rest of us (4 people) were not impressed. I personally didn’t like my sandwich very much.

Love their sandwiches! Great service, friendly staff, quick food. I had an issue that one of the bags of chips I purchased literally only had three chips in it, and they had no issue just letting me grab another one. Definitely love going for awesome lunch!
