I had am a picky eater and always have crazy requests for my pizza. The person who took my order willing accepted the challenge. My pizza was perfect and beyond my expectations. The workers were busy but there was an upbeat and chill vibe.

I had placed a carry out order that had shown on the tracker the estimated finish time being between 8:07-8:17 p.m. when I got there at 8:20 I was told it would only take 20 minutes and had told them my name finally when I had waited for 40 minutes and after seeing how they treated another customer unprofessionally I asked for a refund and for my order to be cancelled as well because of all this. After saying I wanted a refund the woman at the counter acknowledged that she had seen me waiting for the pizza, but nobody in the facility had called my name or said anything about my order being done, and told me I am supposed to cancel before the pizza is done which I had no knowledge that the pizzas was done. ♀️
Long story short I won’t be back and will not recommend anyone to go here because you will wait longer than expected and staff are unfazed about customers getting food.

I’ve used Domino’s in many cities over the last 15 years and my last order from this location took over an hour to be delivered once the driver left the store. Also the pizza’s were barley cooked. No one wanted to eat them. Typical service….. Why should anyone expect better…

At location 407 E University Ave Ste 102 Urbana, IL 61802 we had a horrible experience. The employees were disrespectful and unprofessional. Waited over an hour on an order that was placed ahead of time through the app. Employees almost refused to give out a refund delivered with an insane amount of lack of accountability, extremely distasteful and unacceptable. After bringing up the issue of the long wait and demanding a refund, multiple of the workers shared that our pizza was ready the entire time?? Employees were horse-playing and unfocused on getting orders done. It got so bad that other customers in front of us also demanded refunds because of the horrible treatment they received and the slowest of the slowest service. Throw the whole store away.

I’m not entirely sure why these guys can never get it right. This time, no sauce on one of the pizzas, no extra cheese on the other.
It’s like they don’t read the tickets properly.
It’s very disappointing for this to be a problem for well over a year now. They usually replace it. But that’s now my point anymore. I shouldn’t have to have it replaced and wait for the correct item when I’ve already waited for it once. Something has to give with this location.

Nothing against this restaurant in specific. But dominos just isn’t the same as it used to be. Leaves me feeling bad after I eat unlike monicals. Maybe I’m picky. And it’s nothing against the people who work here they are amazing. Dominos as a company isn’t anywhere near what it used to be 10+ years ago. It was 40 dollars for a 16 pc wing and a medium pizza. I swear imma start just using photosynthesis

I tried ordering pizza many times but everything they mess up. Sometimes they either put alot of cheese and sauce with very less toppings, which I am paying for. And today they made it like a toast, they forgot or maybe don’t want to put the garlic seasoning on the outer crust. It happens all the time but today it’s beyond anything. Last time it was very bad I even tried for a refund but no customer support and I cannot travel 5miles back and forth for this problem.

Updated review 12/28/2024. Service has gotten more friendly. Food has been piping hot anytime I’ve gotten it. Raising original 1 star review to 5 stars. Orders are prepared at lightning speed if ordering ahead through app and you can track it, and they have so many coupons and discounts on the app.
