Best breakfast I’ve ever had, it was so good I forgot to take a picture before I started eating. Although the line seems long the employees are efficient and find tables very quick, I enjoyed a patty melt that came with tater tots while my wife enjoyed a few biscuits and gravy which were unbelievably buttery and tender. Amazing prices especially for the quality and size. The building was full but the volume level is still low enough to talk at normal volume.

Service is always fast. The food is always hot and ready. They make it to order. And they are pretty quick with it too.

High quality food with no extra frills.

If you come here on the weekend, expect to wait a little bit but the line moves fast.

I usually get the western omelette but today I went for the Chorizo bowl. It was excellent. Chorizo, 2 eggs over easy, pico, jalapeños and pickled onions on top of cheese grits.

This was absolutely amazing! I ordered the Rocky Mountain Omelet. I typically don’t like mushrooms, but it was super good in this. The biscuit was so fluffy and the jam and butter were phenomenal. I also don’t really do biscuits, but so good. For me though, the ham was a bit too salty. Other than that, I seriously ate everything and it was a lot, but so good. Next time I’m definitely getting the yogurt bowl! It looked delicious too. It was a bit loud inside, but not terrible. Service was quick and friendly staff.

The food here is consistent- always delicious and flavorful. Service is great. Atmosphere is lively and clean. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots. The pancakes are amazing, the kitchen sink is an awesome classic breakfast to share (or all yours if you’re really hungry!), and if you’re feeling like something different, I highly recommend the 3 Amigo Tacos. The omelets and biscuits are so tasty, too! Their drip coffee and the other drinks are so good.

This place is awesome! Food is soooooo good and very well priced. The employees are very friendly and attentive and the food came out super quick. I always appreciate a good breakfast spot that has cappuccino/latte options, and they’ve got bloodys and such as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my experience at Sunrise Memphis! This spot is a must-visit for anyone craving a hearty, flavorful Southern breakfast. I had the Southern Style Breakfast Sammie on a biscuit—WOW. The biscuit was buttery and flaky, the pimento cheese was rich and creamy, and the whole sandwich was just pure comfort food bliss.

We also tried the hashbrowns (crispy perfection), Diva Toast, the Tofu Bowl (great vegan-friendly option!), and a fun July 4th special—the Bomb Pop Roll, which was surprisingly delicious. Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.

There was a bit of a wait to get seated, but once we got in, service was quick and smooth. The place has a vibrant, welcoming vibe, and I’m glad my friends brought me here. Easily one of the best breakfast options in Memphis—don’t miss it!

No outside drinks allowed. As soon as you make your order before you get seated, the system is set at a 25% tip. Left a 15% cause I had to get/serve my own drinks/refills and grab my own silverware. Paid $45+ dollars for breakfast for two

A no nonsense, fast service, sit down breakfast spot. I enjoyed my meal at Sunrise, I ordered at the front and the time I sat down, my meal was already on its way to the table. The image is of the Kitchen Sink. Crispy bacon, tasty sausage, grits and a good biscuit. I’d definitely return to try something else.
