Fantastic find! We absolutely loved our meal here. The food was incredible from start to finish, and the service was so friendly and attentive – it really made the whole experience even better. I was especially impressed with the gluten-free options. The burger I had was genuinely the best gluten-free burger I’ve ever tasted.

Excellent service, accommodated without booking on a busy Saturday night.
Fantastic attentive service throughout and the food was great. Lot’s of choice and, despite huge portions, actually seemed quite light and very manageable.
Despite the food quality, it’s the customer service which really shines through, which should really indicate quite how good it was.

Lovely little restaurant. Food was amazing. Melt in your mouth burgers and a fantastic home made tomato sauce. Service was outstanding. Clean and very comfortable restaurant with cool decor. Well priced .

I would highly recommend Burgsy’s, the restaurant has a very cosy family feel and the service was excellent.
The burger itself was incredible, one of the best I’ve had! Thanks to the high quality meat, cheese and homemade ketchup. The fries were perfectly crispy and were complimented with more of the homemade ketchup on the side.

A small place but with a big heart the burgers here are incredible, and the home made sauces elevate the food even higher. I could have drunk the ketchup, it’s that nice! I wish I lived in York so that I could make this place my local, it’s a truly great restaurant!

Really nice place hidden down the bottom of York main streets. Well worth the walk. Burger was quality meat and good choice of flavours/ toppings. Young girl on front of house was friendly and helpful. Perfect after work treat or meal out.

This place may be small but clearly great things come in small packages. I had the pulled pork burger and my wife had one of the beef burgers and neither of us could fault the food at all – the home made ketchup was delicious too! The food, the welcome, the service and the atmosphere were all spot on. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I stopped here to try for a walk in table and luckily they were able to get us a table. Fab service (lovely lady) and great food, burgers were fantastic. Very small premises but cosy and a great atmosphere.
