Very poor service. The shop was open but they refused to take my order and did not even attend phone calls. If orders cannot be accepted then the working hours should be updated accordingly. The staff behaviour was also very disappointing.

Orderer just one 18″ Pizza for delivery. Waited 1 hrs, arrived 25 mins late, the Pizza Box was below warm , when I tried one slice of the pizza it was Cold, not even warm. I called the shop to explain , they said I was lieing . Wow ! Absolutely speechless. If a shop can’t admit their own fault , just says a lot about them . Very unprofessional , no wonder they are rated Harlows Worst Pizza Shop. Avoid !!!

Ordered for delivery on uber eats. I have the subscription so I don’t pay the delivery fee yet I received a call from a man asking for an extra £2 in cash for delivery. Highly recommend avoiding Essex Pizza, my partner and his friends had a delivery this evening and it’s made him extremely unwell to the point where he’s throwing up and is unable to get off the toilet. It’s not the first time this has happened when we’ve ordered from Essex Pizza either. Avoid at all cost! You’re better off taking the time to make your own fresh pizza than risk ordering from here!
