I get 2 Potato soups , and the cashier Victoria , forgot to let me know that they was out bread , and give me Potato chips, when I ask for bread she went to the kitchen for 2 piece white bread and take back the chips that I already paid. She was rude .

Generally great experience. There were small things that took a point off each rated section( food, service, and atmosphere). Slightly dirty, no napkins in my bag, and the front counter was not really the most snappy. I try to judge accordingly.

The place was nasty. Lot of the tables weren’t clean bathroom in the women’s both stalls were out of toilet paper. Kitchen was cluttered and had crumbs everywhere. Carpets whereby much better with stuff littered around. Reason staff got a lower rating was mainly because they let it get this gross. As someone who works in guest services if we let it get this bad we would get written up. Especially since the bathrooms had stuff everywhere and were stocked horribly. I’ve never eaten in the store this was my first time. I regret it to say the least

I enjoy eating here quite often in between errands and shopping trips. The Asian Chicken Salad with Broccoli Cheddar Soup with a piece of bread is the bomb! I usually get a combo, smaller just right portions.
The staff are great, kind, efficient, and fun to chat with.
The prices are fair, and average.

No one ever tried to help. But one lady that works there was playing with a ball the whole time. I put in an order for a drink and a cookie and it took forevvvvvvvvverrrrrr! I did finally get a text it was ready… I went to the counter because it was not on the shelf. I think I got a manager he checked on it and then got it together for me and offered me another cookie

I’ve had good experiences here, I’ve had bad experiences here, overall I think the good outweighs the bad. The Panera Plus subscription, their rewards system, and the taste and quality of their food overall is what keeps me coming back. My orders aren’t always correct (I once received bacon in a vegetarian sandwich), but when they are, they’re delicious. It’s very nice to have high quality vegetarian options when not many are available in this area.

This breakfast menu… I should’ve gone McDonald then, I know what I am getting. But very disappointed this Brioche bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. First very different from the picture they provide as well as the taste was very blend.

When I ordered originally my bread bowl was left out of my order in a doordash. The managers went above and beyond to make sure it was received and even threw in a little extra treat. They throughly solved the problem and super quick at that. I wasn’t upset at all but i will definitely start going here more. I wish I would’ve gotten the managers name, she was the best!

Nasty. My wife was in the lady’s restroom when she realized there was no toilet paper. She went out to asked for toilet paper for a little girl who was in there, using their nasty restroom, an African American employee told her she was gonna have to wait. My wife explained there was a young girl waiting. The employee then proceeded to advise my wife to tell the little girl to use the paper in the restroom used to dry your hands. Yes, that thick nasty brown paper. My wife took a few napkins and handed them to the little girls mom.
