This location is our regular one, and we are always blown away at how great the service is. Even when the lines are longer and online orders are also flooding in, Tayshaun & team always have a smile on their face and go above and beyond to make a customer’s order. The restaurant is always very clean as well!

My family used to go here a lot, and it was actually one of our favorite spots to grab a quick bite. I recently went here with my daughter and we were surprised by how much both the service and food quality have declined. There were four workers present, but only one of them was actively working. The other three were talking at the cash register while one employee was busy making online orders. We had to wait a while before he could start on our food, and the other three female workers were still just talking. We are very disappointed in this inequitable working environment and the poor service at this Chipotle!

Terrible my brother ordered online I got a bowl with white rice extra rice, chicken, pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, and they gave me the worst portions half the bowl was filled and my brother ordered a burrito with guacamole and there was no guacamole in the burrito which is a scam guacamole costs money this place sucks never come here go to another chipotle we’re they give actual good portions and have a nice staff like the chipotle on shattuck avenue the food was also 10 minutes late and the staff were extremely disrespectful.

Been coming here for years and today 4/10/25 will be my LAST! This location usually has been very good with service and portions however this evening they failed. The portions are now SKIMPY SKIMPY for the burrito bowls. I mean they barely wanna put any rice and chicken on the bowl and it’s like wow this is how you lose customers. I’m not sure if leadership instructed them to be skimpy to the customers or what but it’s not cool for the amount of money spent. The older Caucasian guy that was making the bowls had a really lousy attitude on top of it all. I see some of the other reviews are talking about how their food was SKIMPY also and unfortunately it seems like this location don’t care. I will try another location.

The recent change in management has made such a noticeable difference here. The quality of both the food and the service has gone way up. My burritos and rice bowls have been packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned (not overly salty), and the customer service feels intentional and unrushed. Portions are just right, exactly the way I remember from a long time ago. A staff member named Princess helped me today and was especially helpful and kind. I’m so happy with the improvement that I have officially added this location back into my lunch rotation.

I came here at exactly 12pm and there were no other customers in the store yet the parking lot is packed. But I’m so glad the food is still fresh and not just sitting around. They give good portions and service is great. It might just be my imagination but the sour cream is so creamy. I don’t know if it’s like that in other Chipotles or if I was especially hungry that day.

My food was burnt to a crisp. I could smell it as soon as the Door Dash driver handed me the bag. I threw it in the trash. The workers obviously knew it was burnt and didn’t care.
