I paid extra for additional toppings and they didn’t even give me those toppings! Especially after being delayed and having the DoorDash driver text me that he’s been waiting 20 minutes for the pizza. They gave me the wrong pizza and it didn’t even taste very good. Definitely won’t order from here again!

I miss the tables of yester year but the service and food was good. I got a to go order through the app and they were incredibly fast as well as friendly. I suggest giving them a chance as my lunch order was tasty and made well. 4 stars because the order wasn’t exactly as i asked but thats ok, it was still good.

I don’t usually patronize Pizza Hut. I don’t find them to be compelling.
Today, I had a hard time getting logged into their app. Fact is, I finally had to fire up a laptop so I could get credentials to access their app. Definitely, NOT A USER FRIENDLY process.
Pizza was ready on time. However, they were overcooked and hard for me and my wife to enjoy. Edges of the pizza were hard and appeared to be burnt.
Next, too much emphasis on tipping. Not only did it populate an automatic amount on the app (I really hate it when the tip is auto generated), I was again asked to tip when I picked up my order. WHAT?? Why would I tip for something I hadn’t yet eaten? Who am I tipping?
Hmmm. I’m the same parking lot is Little Caesars. I’ve had a much better experience with them.

I just got my pizza barely before 1Am and me an my bf were super stoked to just vibe, eat pizza and wings but i grab the stuff from the door and i just knew this was not sent here with care! I open up the box and i was so disturbed by the fact a human being thought that this pizza looked good to send out and mind you i gave a tip regardless of the last F Up they did and the wings hardly had sauce to them! I really hope a manager was not aware!

Ordered today. I’m on a streak of restaurants getting things wrong so I started to rate them on google. Pizza Hut forgot one of my toppings so I got ripped off on that one, that’s nice. Then the cheese doesn’t go to the crust so there’s a big splotch of cooked sauce. And why is the pizza only about an 1/8 inch thick? Is it supposed to be like that??? I dunno. And the marinara sauce is about 1/4 full. That’s ok, I only wanted sauce on one breadstick. Cool Pizza Hut. Cool cool cool. The one pic shows a single slice of pizza that makes up over 1/4 of the pie.

I placed a phone order today with Jasper. She was amazing. I had made up my own pizzas. Lots of little details. I could not keep up with her. When I picked up my order, she made everything so simple. I wanted to add sauces. Once again she was fast, efficient, and friendly. Go to the 56th south Pizza Hut. Hopefully she will be there to take care of your order.

If I could leave NO STARS I would. I ordered my pizza and other items here. Half my order was missing and I called to complain manager didn’t care and continued to be completely RUDE. I ordered through door dash through them. But my pizza barely had any cheese or toppings. Mind you half my order is missing. And when I brought the pizza to the store to complain the manger said it wasn’t his problem. I asked if he would eat the pizza they made he responded NO. Okay but you expected me to eat it without barely any toppings or cheese it was cold too. The bread was completely thin. I was charged nearly $30 something for my order with half my order missing. He told me to complain to door dash. I did . But I REFUSE to ever order from this place again. Get your pizza from some place else.
