We eat here multiple times throughout the year and Zee Best simply never disappoints. The service is always friendly and welcoming, the food amazing and the setting very laidback. One of our favorite breakfast places on the Dutch-side Sint Maarten.
No matter what you like we can highly recommend it all, the Zee Bagel, Lox Bagel, Shakshouka, the Crepes, or the Omelette’s we have tried it all and everything is as tasty. So whatever rocks your boat, at Zee Best you simply cannot go wrong. Ooh and they serve great coffees too for those having a hard time waking up in the morning

One of my favorite places on St. Maarten, I had to go and send people to ensure I was not biased. Pancakes were so good, coffee, fruit . I wanted to stay and keep eating my way thru thr menu. Staff is so nice, I was a walking billboard.

We came here for breakfast as close to our hotel. The menu had many vegetarian options so we were excited. We ordered cappuccino which were good. For food we ordered huevos rancheros which was okay in taste and presentation definitely had better. The kids got pancakes which were okay and fried eggs with toast and potatoes but one child got toast and other hash brown. We had to ask for the bread. At the end to pay the bill we waited 10-15 minutes and then decided to go inside to pay so we could leave. Overall would not go out the way to come here.

Zee best was our last breakfast of the trip. It’s a quaint little restaurant with a small parking lot as well as available side street parking.
Service was ok. One person took our order another brought out the food.
I didn’t care much for the food. I love eggs Benedict and I appreciate the modification of adding avocado (at cost) vs meat but I didn’t feel like the eggs were poached properly. When I cut the egg I like it to run and these were pretty much solid.
My partner got an omelette and a side order of potatoes. Although the omelette was good, they forgot the potatoes and later on brought out two McDonald’s style hash browns at the end of our meal when we were ready for the bill. They were hot but tasted heavily of grease.
I know this place is quite popular but it wasn’t my favorite.

Really nice breakfast spot. I’ve been here several times over my visits to St Maarten. I miss when the basket of pastries was brought to your table but they are still available inside.

Great breakfast here at Zee Best! Cash only. My husband got a savory crepe and I got eggs Benedict, both phenomenal. We both got iced lattes as well and they were so good! Service was okay. Atmosphere is very nice and super close to everything. We loved it here and will be returning!
