The owner greeted us warmly and even checked in later to make sure we were enjoying our meals, which added a personal and friendly touch that we all appreciated.
We started with a selection of their meat appetizers and small plates, diving straight into classics like Chicken 65 and Tandoori Chicken, which were rich with spices and cooked just right. The marinade soaked into the chicken beautifully — juicy on the inside with a subtle char on the outside that paired well with the cool raita and fresh naan. It set the tone perfectly for what would be an evening of bold, satisfying flavors.
For the main courses, the meat dishes truly stole the show. The goat biryani was a standout favorite around the table, with tender chunks of goat that melted in your mouth and rice infused with aromatic spices — everyone praised its depth of flavor and perfect balance between spice and fragrance. This is my favorite place for goat briyani. Never disappointed with their quality and quantity. Friendly staff. Their fast in service too. Their chicken majestic appetizer is a must, goes well with adult drinks . My wife loves their veg briyani too.

Tried vegetarian and goat biryani and they live upto the hype. The veggie biryani was juicy and goat pieces in goat biryani were soft, seasoned and well cooked. I would like to try other dishes as well and will post about them. They do take party orders for biyani we checked but found them pricy.

I had heard some good things about Blue Fox and decided I had to enjoy some Indian grub on a chilly Friday night. This restaurant is tucked away in the corner of a shopping complex that uniquely backs up to a residential neighborhood. The sign is quite small so it’s easy to miss, but make it a point to go find it because the food rocks! They also do carryout and deliver via Uber Eats, etc.
Now, upon entering the rather bland establishment you may be taken back by bright white florescent lighting, simple wood tables, and minimal decor. Again, keep going, it’s worth it! They have a simple bar, and the owner has a tendency of making some recommendations, and most dishes he suggested were superb.
We tried many succulent and flavorful entrees that evening including Goat Biryani, Chicken Tikka Masala, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken 65, Baby Corn Manchuria, and Lamb Gongura. Of all the entrees, the Goat Biryani and the Lamb Gongura were the most unique and tasty. Both meats are difficult to cook, but hats off to the chef as the goat and lamb were extremely tender. I have to also say they serve some of the best garlic naan I’ve ever had…and I’m Indian so I’ve had a lot of naan!
If you are new to Indian food, start with the Tandoori Chicken and the Chicken Tikka Masala staples. Those experienced in the spiced up cuisine, go explore as I think this place has much to offer. Pricing is fair for the quantity of food you get unlike some other Indian restaurants around. Service is par with most other Indian restaurants, so don’t expect to be wow’d. Don’t be deceived by the somewhat hidden location of this restaurant, tucked away in the middle of a residential subdivision. The food here has been consistently excellent in both taste and quality — especially the goat biryani, which is truly outstanding. The chicken dishes, appetizers, and vegetarian options are also impressive.
We recently used them for catering a graduation party, and the food was an absolute hit — guests couldn’t stop complimenting it. Without a doubt, this is one of the best Indian food spots in the Triangle area. They absolutely deserve more visibility and recognition for the quality food they serve. Highly recommend!

Today, we had the worse goat biryani in this location; We used to go to this restaurant only for this item, in greed for money, they have mixed it up with chicken biryani, I guess because the regular goat biryani they used to make is not this colour or this is soo greasy I have to wash my hands twice.
Once they lose their star item, there is no point in going to this place; We Might not go to this place any time soon. I gave it a 4-star earlier; now it’s degraded to this level.
I would not recommend this restaurant. Don’t waste your money and time here. Find something else.

I came home to visit my mom recently, who lives near this place. I just want to say that I absolutely loved this place!!!! The food is some of the best food I’ve ever had, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend you check this place out, and get a mango lassi!
