I had two lovely barista‘s help me this morning. Their names are Brieanna and Fernanda. They were both so sweet made my order perfect and quickly. Aside from that the whole staff is wonderful and has always treated me great every time I’ve been through the drive-through. Always makes my day visiting Biggby in Monroe! I appreciate it so much!

Don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to after receiving such great service today! My daughter and I went in and sat to get work done. Ended up being there a lot longer than planned. Employees were so kind and drinks they made us were great! Daughter had special requests and girl at register was so nice about it! Observed interaction with other customers coming in, and were so friendly to all. This location is a bit longer of a drive for me, but will be back soon! Such a relaxing environment, and not the usual employees standing around on their phones.

Ordered 2 drinks and they took 20 mins to deliver. We were the only ones in the store and there were 2 cars in line. After we were asked again what we ordered the server had to tell her team to make our drinks after they heard what was going on. Total cluster of an operation and we will be taking our business elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

I ordered a Red Bull blue raspberry cream freeze by the time I pay for it the drink was already made when it was handed to me it didn’t look right but I took it anyways and it was very watered down there wasn’t much sweetness to it it pretty much tasted like a watery slushy it was not good and I ordered this drink at least twice a week so I know what it’s really supposed to taste like and this was not it I will not be coming back to this location

These guys are ready to go above & beyond for the customer. Smiling faces on a Thanksgiving day, which is a day off for most. And they made my favourite coffee, flat white, though they didn’t have it on the menu. I’m impressed. Thank you all the team

I come here regularly and recently I ordered a frozen drink and it was completely melted. The quality of the customer service has changed in a negative way in my opinion. I have been here a few times and heard recently it is under new management. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. The new management here may want to consider quality of life for their employees before they potentially run it into the ground.
