They made my pizza too exact how I wanted it Very hot and ready to eat not too hot, but they delivered and the pizza was good and my son that’s nine years old has done ate half of it the pizza ..to the crew that delivered tonight and made the pizza Y’all are awesome. Keep doing what you’re doing. I work in a hotel so reviews come along way. My son has Has done a majority of the pizza thank you guys again!

She is normally working when I pick up food. She is one of the most friendly employees ever. She is definitely an asset to this location. Please give this young lady a raise!!!!

Recovering from back surgery & placed an order for pick up. My daughter went to pick up the order to drop off to me before she went home. Got there & was told there was no order under my name or my number and no order for what I ordered. Daughter called me to confirm I had ordered it. Confirmed to her and she confirmed to them. They still said nope, nothing showing. Daughter left. I called the store, questioned why my order, that I already PAID for was not showing up. Finally, I was told “oh I see it now”. I tried to reach my daughter to see if she could go back. No answer. I called store back and requested it be delivered since I’m unable to drive. I literally live 1 mile away. Instead of saying sure, we screwed up, it’ll be right there no charge, they decided to charge me for the delivery. Order canceled.

After ordering online a few weeks ago, the order was wrong and the food was mediocre at best. Completed a survey, and received a text saying for the inconvenience, a free pizza would be added to my account. Today I called, the manager advised I would have a code to enter and if not to call back to get another number to call. Seriously, just wanted a pizza but going elsewhere. Get it together pizza hut of China Grove.

Now, while the bar didn’t have the freshest and hottest food available, Terri shined!
Her bubbling personality and infectious smile made me not worry about the wait for hot food.
I desired to watch CNN, and she changed the channel and made me feel so comfortable.
She is a benefit to this establishment but most importantly, a treasure to this community.
I’ll return simply because of her.

Family and I decided to dine in at Pizza Hut. We had a large 3 topping pizza and the new deep dish pizza. Everything was AMAZING! Hot, fresh, and cheesy! We will definitely be back!
