I gotta say, the pizza was fantastic. Their pizza was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. As for the workers, they were great too as they were very kind to me. I saw a lot of bugs inside of the restaurant, but it was alright. 10/10 would totally recommend.

Dude with long hair canceled probably 5 people orders an hour before they closed. Then wouldn’t give me or my girlfriend a refund receipt. Next day my girlfriend went in there trying to get the receipt and he gave her attitude lied and said he was the manager and then proceeded to call her for an hour after she left the store with a no caller ID number. This place and the workers are horrible literally go to any other little Caesar’s I’m telling you it will be better than this one and the workers there.

I ordered online and the place said it closed at 11pm. I ordered at 10:05pm and it said my order would be done by 10:30pm. I arrived and they canceled my order and DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND RECEIPT. I ORDERED LAST NIGHT AND WILL BE THERE IN THE MORNING FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Yeah this place lives up to the reviews. All around bad. I placed my order at 6:54 for it to be ready by 7:16. Arrive at 7:15 and the people in the back “can’t see the online orders.” You’d think a restaurant would have people calling back orders if that’s the case. When I arrived I stood at the counter for quite a few minutes before I was even acknowledged. How can it be this bad? I’m not sure. No one else was in the restaurant. I am currently sitting on the floor of a Little Caesars to warn others not to come inside. At least give us a chair if everyone waits 15 minutes.

I ordered an old world pepperoni pizza and received an uncut, burnt, classic pizza. I was charged nearly double for what I actually ordered. I called the store and advised them of this was told that I could bring it back and they would have the right one ready for me when I arrive. When I arrived they acted as if they had no idea why I was there and proceeded to tell me that this was the pizza and that the only difference is that the pepperoni curls… which is not the description of the old world pizza that has cheese and pepperoni to the edge and 100 pepperonis. They took the uncut, overcooked, classic and told me it would be 7 minutes for the old world… when I received the new pizza it appears to be the exact same pizza, the one i brought back to them, tired of arguing and too many hungry children but I will think again before ordering here. I Ordered while being an hour away. Had to wait 20mins inside of store after being ignored for the first 5mins while the employee made direct eye contact with me the entire time. They had extremely inappropriate music blasting in the back, horrible attitude, and no customer service whatsoever. The old manager needs to come back because this is ridiculous. I never had this issue when he was there.

Food is good when prepared well; 50/50 chance of that. Service is really inconsistent. Apparently so are their store hours. I went at 7PM recently (not a holiday) – all the lights were on but the door was locked and there was a lock box attached. No signage indicating a temporary closure, very odd. There were several customers who arrived only to turn back around. This has been my experience at another local Little Caesars as well (sans lockbox), which was terrible because in that case, I had already paid for an online order. Thankfully I knew better than to do that this time. Still it’s terrible when they’re this unreliable.
