I’ve been coming here for 20+ years. It’s sad it’s trash now. Horrible service and sub par burgers. Go to in n out will be faster, MUCH BETTER, and definitely cheaper even at peak hours.

I’m leaving a 1 star review that I’d be willing to update if this issue can be confirmed as corrected in the future. The drinks that come from this location taste like they could be using toilet water or tap water (here in Temecula, those two probably taste the same) because the drinks taste terrible. They all taste terrible unless you get something that isn’t carbonated like the Hi-C. I think that’s only because the Hi-C has such a strong flavor.
Either way, I have seen others complain about this in other reviews, so this obviously needs attention. 🙁
As for the service. It has been okay. The people are friendly enough, but I do have specific restrictions for one of my kids, and I’ve had to have a few orders fixed in the past for things I made sure to confirm prior to leaving the speaker. I just check before I leave now, but at the insane prices they charge, I very rarely go here.

I had an issue with my Reward points being removed when I updated the new App. I voiced my concern by an email through the customer service link in the Carl’s Jr. App.
Somehow I was contacted by the owner of several of the Temecula Carl’s Jrs, Carlos
by phone. He thought I had some issue at the Temecula Parkway location. I said I did not, but that I had lost all of my Rewards points.
He offered to help as best he could, but also offered for my trouble, 2 complementary sandwiches, which equalled my Reward points that had gone missing.
I am a satisfied customer that Carlos stood behind his company and location. Great customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Temecula Parkway location will always be our favorite location.

The staff here are always friendly, the place is clean, and my order’s always right. But the food quality has dropped—burgers aren’t made fresh anymore. I came during the lunch rush, and the grill wasn’t even turned on. Patties were pulled from a tray, not cooked to order. If they brought back fresh, hot burgers, more people would definitely come in. Edit: I did call and speak to the manager and the guy tried to gaslight me and tell me that my experience was true. That what I saw I didn’t see and what I experienced I didn’t experience. He tried to make excuses for why there weren’t any customers in the place and why the food was cold. Just stop it dude. Let’s all live in reality. He said he worked there for 43 years and that’s the problem. You have worked there so long you can’t see the forest for the trees you just see the bottom line and not how someone like me see the decline.

Almost every time I order they leave a sandwich out and often don’t include any sauses. Very disappointed experience! I need to not let the drive through rush us and double check all orders. Hate having to hold up the drive through but I don’t see any other options. Clearly the company does not know how to properly train employees or they overwhelm the employees they are unable to do quality work.

Terrible service, inept employees taking and giving order in drive thru. She did not listen to my order I had to repeat myself several times. My shake was 3/4 full and barely any whip cream. I had to park and go in the store to get it remade. When I went for the remake it took at least 5 minutes!! Helping others after I was being helped for the second time. I am not happy and especially now that your employees are making $20 an hour. I should be getting excellent products and service.
