Hi, my pizza order #1067236 was made incorrectly. I paid for delivery fee, service fee, through little Caesar app, because I have a health condition and am unable to drive. I request someone to pick up it up for me, and they refuse to remake or refund it, with those fees and my needs, I was expecting to at least an apology and redelivered as soon as possible.
But Unfortunately did not happen.
Any manager or supervisor who will care about company success please contact me, to resolve this matter.

Great selection at prices lower than most other pizza spots. They’re always introducing new menu items, and the pizza itself is consistently satisfying.

Came in. Looks like there was no staff heard someone in the back waited for five minutes yelled out hello no greeting. No service wasn’t able to purchase anything because no one would come to the front or at least say they need a moment never experienced that before needed to order pizzas ahead of time ended up going to a different location so maybe don’t come at 3 PM on a Wednesday and you may get better service

I had a terrible experience this evening. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The staff were no where to be found and seemed uninterested in serving customers. I literally had to call the store while being in the store for someone to come to the front after waiting 10 minutes in the restaurant. To make it worst my order was scheduled to be ready between 7:33-7:38pm. The food did not arrive until 8:05 which does make any sense if it was order literally @7:15pm, 7:20pm
When my pizza finally arrived, it was a disaster. The crust was not cooked, the sauce was bland, and the toppings were sparse and looked a hot mess. To make matters worse, the cheese was undercooked and rubbery as you can see in the photo. I’ve had better frozen pizzas from the grocery store.
Overall, it was an extremely disappointing visit, and I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of better pizza places in town that actually care about their food and customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

So I stopped by to get a fresh made Hula Hawaiian. Told it would be about 10-15 minutes. Paid cash. I should’ve checked before I left. I thought it was strange that the pizza box wasn’t hot enough for me to not cradle it from the bottom. That pizza wasn’t fresh that’s for sure. The slices had to be re-cut and the cheese was set up as if I was eating day old pizza. It’s a good thing I only paid a little over ten bucks or I would’ve driven back and got my money back. I’ve been here in the past and these KIDS obviously cater to people their age and outwardly show a disdain for us older people. If you are over 50 years of age, avoid this Little Caesars location, trust me, you’ll wished you had. Someone should teach these kids to say “You’re welcome” when someone tells them “Thank you”. No thank you to this Little Caesars location.

They apparently can’t remove pepperoni from a pizza. I did ask for a different price just no meat. Very interesting since no other little Caesar’s has a problem removing pepperoni and adding the jalapeño all over the slice and stix. Frustrating not returning at all

Miss Amber, the supervisor and an employee named Caleb. They are the best they are making me switch locations even though Miss Amber say she runs that store I used to go to and she’s gonna take care of it. Get the weakest link out in a good way because customer service means everything to me I was in customer service for almost 30 years and they really made my day Miss Amber And Caleb. And I believe it was another crew member there I didn’t interact with him, but he was polite also so I want to give flowers to everyone in that store and for now on that will be my location❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I gave a tip, but I would love to give more because they are wonderful and know how to talk to people

The manager that works at this little Caesar is like an 18 year old kid pre-pubescent he does not treat his employees right he makes people feel uncomfortable I would recommend staying as far away as possible from this Little Caesars location
This location drops dough on the floor and in order to save money on their overhead he tells his employees to keep using it even though it’s dirty they do not clean their pants they leave their pants dirty and cook with them it is disgusting nasty nasty nasty I would recommend staying as far away as possible from them
