I usually don’t have any complaints about this Pizza Hut — it’s a nice place with friendly people, and I’ve always had good experiences here.
However, during my recent visit, I placed an online order and chose to pay at the store. When I arrived, I noticed the employee working the fryer dropping wings into the oil. I could tell they were mine based on the count. Then I saw him drop one wing into the trash by mistake. After someone apparently said something to him about the missing piece, he shrugged, pulled the wing out of the trash, and threw it back into the fryer.
I immediately asked for a fresh batch to be cooked in a clean fryer, which the staff did. Still, that kind of behavior is unacceptable — food safety should always come first. I love this location and the people are usually great, but that employee definitely needs retraining.
I spent over $100 on this order, and I just want to make sure management is aware so this doesn’t happen again.

Ordered for delivery for a kids birthday party. There was a question about the address and someone from the store called to make sure they understood clearly where the food need to go. That extra step to ensure the driver knew exactly where to go. Food arrived on time, correct, and hot! Great job.

This is my go to pizza place any time I’m in Lubbock! The store manager Chelsi is so pleasant to talk to. She always has a smile on her face! I would recommend this place to everyone. They have good deals and you can sign up and get Pizza Hut rewards. They work across state lines. I live in Kansas and I use my points in both states.
