First off when I walked into Subway this evening it was SPOTLESS. Second I was greeted by a kind man named Johnny.
This review is about Mrs. Jane though. This precious lady greeted me with the kindest eyes, the softest smile and the energy of an angel. Subway you have a gem! Treat her well. Mrs. Jane you will be making many more sandwiches but more importantly you will move more hearts and touch more people’s lives with your simple kindness! You made my whole week!

Slow. Quality of my 6″ was horrible. I asked for fresher bread and still had half of my bread crumble before I could think of enjoying it. I eat subway in Birmingham all the time and have never experienced this. Plus they gave me dirty napkins. I will never return.

My husband went in to this restaurant for lunch on Veterans Day. Another older man was in front of him and asked if they honored Veterans Day. They told him yes. When my husband ordered he told them he also was a veteran and they told him no they would not honor his because the other guy was older. My husband served 22 years in the military and had a valid retired id. My husband also usually refuses to ask for miltary discounts because he feels he is asking for handouts. I told him earlier that day he should because he has earned that right. Then when he saw this other gentleman get it, he decided he would. Instead he was just embarrassed. This really is just completely insulting. My husband sacrificed just as much as the “older”gentleman. If you honor a discount for one you should honor for all. This treatment was very uncalled for and just plain appalling to me. I can’t believe my husband even stayed and gave them his money.

Man at the counter did not want to help me. Said Subway employee would be back. After waiting 5 minutes I asked him how long it would be and he sighed and decided to help me. Then the subway employee appeared and she took over. She was sweet and I appreciate that. Will not be back. Honestly creeps me out that the all the food and stuff is right next to the gas station register.

Very small, looks like it was an after thought to add it into gas station, just added it next to register. Were out of all but 2 kinds of bread and only had 2 loaves of each. Didn’t seem very clean either, they were friendly though.

No combos due to drink machine not working, they skimp on meat bad, they are always out of something, they dont pay attention when making your food..attitude isses when they mess up your order. I dont see how they are still open!
