The sides are the only thing that be good truly.. the chicken is always thrown together so sloppy. and why don’t they wear gloves when packing the food into containers ?? you’re still touching the inside of the containers &’ the lid with ur bare hands. it’s nasty.

I work in fast food too. family packs are a pretty good sale $32 i expect my chicken to be fresh as i asked.. this breading is falling off everytime i pick it up. and barely any meat for it to be “fresh”

ICE skating rink 2026…city of King NC. This KFC stayed open with all the icy weather mess. I was greeted professionally and the lady taking my order helped me figure out the best food options. This KFC seems to be lacking staffing, however we got our food in a timely manner and the food was warm and delicious. I was really impressed with their customer service and the quality of food. I will be back thanks to their awesome service.

Do NOT go to this KFC the management here sucks. I bought a 2 piece meal and my chicken was not cooked good. I tried calling this specific KFC and everytime I called they never answered. I drove 1 hour of my way cause I have family over in pilot mountain. The cole slaw was warm. I will be calling corporate because my chicken was raw and not cooked any. This place needs to be shut down. And talk about the service it’s so bad.

Don’t usually stop at KFC on road trips because their quality has really fallen off in recent years. But my husband was in the mood for fried chicken, and I prefer KFC’s sides to Bojangles (which was right next door), so we decided to take a chance. So glad we did. The fried chicken was excellent, the biscuit was the best I’ve had in a while, the iced tea was fresh, and the cole slaw was as delicious as usual. The service was also quick and friendly. If you’re in the area and craving KFC as it used to be (though sadly with no baked beans), stop in and give them a try!

It would really be a great KFC if you had a new management team here, i can truly tell the service is as bad as the food. The employees are not friendly, do not pay attention to what you are ordering, and act as if they have the worst job in the world, this store could have great potential with the right team. I do wish i could come here more often, but every visit i’ve had has been the worst. Food is not good. and service is not good.

I love their Tuesday 8-piece special. I don’t like dark meat fried chicken, unless it’s KFC. If I hit it just right, I have picked up my order when they were short of dark meat, and have asked me if I “mind” taking a breast instead! All day long, of course! That’ll keep me coming back!

Don’t order for the first time on their app and go here, if you make a mistake they’ll yell and berate you in front of everyone! Shove their dirty hands in your bag and throw stuff away! Especially if you’re a person of color! Never in my life have me or my spouse been so disrespected by the manger of this establishment! Went there today October 31st at 3:50 and the manager did this to us. NEVER GOING BACK AND DID CALL CORPORATE!
