I’ve been there twice now, and both times I’ve been rather disappointed. I felt overcharged and underwhelmed.
The value for the money is not present. I got 8 chicken tenders to feed my family and the size was extremely disappointing. They were more like chicken nuggets than chicken tenders. Same for the burgers; the “deluxe” burgers are the exact same size as the value burger, so paying $5 extra is just for the toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc. All very basic toppings), it’s truly not a filling meal.
Overall, it’s a disappointment knowing that you can walk next door to a dine-in restaurant with table service and receive more food, whilst being waited on, for the same price.

We visited once and had a great experience. However, the second time we used the drive-through, it wasn’t as good as the first visit. English isn’t my first language, and I asked about the ingredients in the cheeseburger because my child has a meat allergy. The response I received didn’t feel very polite. I’d suggest being a bit more courteous when helping customers. These days, AI systems can often take orders more efficiently and provide a better user experience—you might consider adding AI ordering support.

food is good. employees consistently leave my food sitting in front of me (bagged and ready) while doing 100 other things for unpresent customers. I dont appreciate that silly shit at all. It’s clearly on purpose. Hopefully my youtube series will do well, others may find it hilarious

burgers are amazing
middle aged white guy keeps wiping off blizzard cups 100x and taking 4 minutes to close/sticker each bag, while im watching my sandwich go subzero temperature. Twice in one visit, “I promise im not ignoring you” while I’m the only person in line and he could easily put my sandwich in the bag and then go back to caressing blizzards (that dont need attenion)

The food was great. But the blizzard machine was so load and there were a lot of blizzard orders, the cashier has to keep stopping because I couldn’t hear her or she couldn’t hear me. They when we got to our table the four of us had a hard time talking over the machines noice. Other than that it was a nice newer , clean DQ. But very small inside.
