I have been coming here for 15 years now! it is not only delicious but healthy as well. I love to come here after my workout to grab a protein smoothie. I think i might be addicted to them and the food here is top tier It is worth the $$. also, the staff here are very kind & friendly. I highly recommend to anyone!

We’ve been to this Tropical Smoothie location several times after swimming lessons, and unfortunately, almost every visit has been a bad experience. We continue to come back because we genuinely enjoy the smoothies, and the food is decent for the price, but the service has been consistently frustrating.
It has been the same employee who takes orders, and it always seems like it’s an inconvenience to do her job and she has a very negative attitude. The whole operation feels unorganized, and the wait times for food are extremely long.
Today was the worst experience yet; we waited over an hour for our food (2 quesadillas and a wrap). Eventually, the cook came out, asked what we were still waiting on, and realized our order had been mistakenly given to someone else. He was very apologetic and even included an extra sandwich to make up for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.
However, the person who took our order (and gave the order away) never acknowledged the mistake or offered any apology. A simple “sorry” goes a long way.
Overall, the food and smoothies are good, but the customer service and organization really need improvement.

We ordered a wrap with chips, smoothie, and cookie and when our order was picked up we were only given a wrap and small smoothie. Once we realized the error we contacted the store only to be told by the new owner that a refund for the missing items would not be possible since the value was minimal.
Service is slow, staff is rude, and setting options are dirty and lacking.
The new ownership shorted out order and profited from the error without remorse or resolve.

We ordered 2 smoothies, both which tasted sour and just horrible. I love Tropical smoothie and I drink it often but this location is disgusting. We went back to kindly ask for a re make because it doesn’t taste right. The “owner” apparently his name is Maxwell, fought with us about this complaint. We asked for Head Office contact information to report this and he said he’s the highest level and no one is above him (what a joke) . He then took my smoothie, put a dirty spoon in it , tasted it and said that’s how it tastes. He did the same with the 2nd smoothie so his spit was literally in our smoothies (like what?). I found green pieces in both smoothies and said that shouldn’t be there, he said “I will make 1 fresh but the other is fine and I refuse to make another one”, Followed by “The green pieces were probably from a dirty piece of cutlery” (like what?) and still refused to re make both smoothies when he just admitted that the establishment is dirty AND HIS SPIT IS IN IT.
HOW IS 1 SMOOTHIE FINE AND 1 NOT WHEN THEY ARE BLENDED IN THE SAME BLENDER AT THE SAME TIME. I worked in Hospitality (restaurants & Country Clubs) in the USA, London and around Europe for 8 years and I have never experienced this. I hope this location closes down or a new one opens with different owners. We just left without a refund or remade smoothies because we were furious and could not believe how disgusting he was, he wasn’t even ashamed. Absolute idiot of a “Man”.

Stayed open a little later on new years eve so I could grab my order, didn’t know I was 40 minutes away but they were extremely accommodating and held off makin the order till I got there so it was fresh!! Absolutely recommend this place!

The bottom of a smoothie cup literally collapsed on our way out the door and the smoothie spilled out. Staff made no offer to make another when it was obviously a faulty cup. This location has gone downhill in both service and quality recently. We won’t be back.

This review saddens me because I have been coming here since 2006. On 02/17/2024 my husband and I decided to stop in because it had been a while since we now live in Lakeville. We both decided to order the new bowls as we’ve tried so many things on the menu thus far. The cashier was friendly but the atmosphere was a little lackluster. There seem to be some construction going on midday and what used to be plenty of seats to dine in are now filled with bar tables, a section for online orders and two tables that could sit more than just two people. When we receive the bowls we took them to go as we had errands to do. So when we got home our $13 bowls as below pictured looks like this. We both ordered the Greek bowl in both were missing almonds on are already few ingredient bowl. And the size was shocking! I understand rising cost but this was outrageous to pay almost $26 for this.

Fix your door please. It doesn’t need to be 400 pounds crashing into people carrying smoothies. I threw away two perfectly good smoothies because the door broke them. The staff did not offer to remake the order.

Ordered off of door dash for healthy alternatives and it is a ten out of ten everything was great now going to be the family go to recommending to all my friends and great for after work out thank you this quality of food is hard to come by now days and usually everything we get off of door dash is garbage so recommend!
