I’m not usually one to rant, I’ll give anybody a chance to fix a problem first. Yesterday I sat in the drive through over 30 minutes. Better than 10 at the window after paying. I got my drink and wasn’t offered a receipt. After waiting long enough I was already late, I drove away. I went back inside this morning to see if I could still get my breakfast. After waiting for ten minutes at the counter (no line in front of me) I left again.
I understand training new people, getting rushed, and understaffing. Clearly none of these were the case. Employees were moping around while wearing pajamas, pure laziness.
Worst $14 small orange juice I’ve ever purchased.
You get 1 star on the food rating because it’s the minimum. (Never received any food to be truthful.)

I visited McDonald’s tonight at roughly 8:00 PM, leaving at 8:50 PM.

Their drive-through sign is damaged. Service took 40 minutes before they even acknowledged we were in the drive-through lane. It then took another 10-15 minutes to deliver a partial, incorrect order: they missed my tea and the Daily Double I received was a sloppy, lukewarm mess. The employee working the window was snotty about it, acting as though we were inconveniencing him.

Also I still got charged for that tea.

No one offered an explanation for the entire forty-minute wait, despite three employees being visible. Three separate cars drove off during this time. Someone new needs to manage this franchise; this is awful for what used to be a decent McDonald’s. I can only imagine how much business they are losing, potentially driving customers to the overnight staff at other local places because the service is this consistently bad.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but people need to know this place is actively aiming for bad service. There is no excuse, and this isn’t the first time I’ve run into this behavior. Go anywhere else. If you need McDonald’s that badly, drive 50 minutes in any direction to get better service.

Im visiting alliance for work and have explored a few of the other restaurants in town stuff we dont have back home in Arizona and i held out for McDonald’s because i know what it is and what its like well i go tonight actually a few minutes ago haven’t even eaten yet i ordered a burger frys and nuggets i get to my hotel and my frys are cold the box is less then half full like really pay for a large got a kids fry dont know how the other food is yet and then the service is not great the interaction with the drive threw lady was less then inviting i try talking up at the window just dead face expressions and silence i ask for condiments its like a crazy request and overall just seems like a standard McDonald’s practice crazy they all must b trained to be this way all other restaurants ive visited so far here in alliance have been super friendly and inviting im gonna stay away from McDonald’s all of them infact

Sunday November 30th @ 7 pm.
Not a regular customer at McDonald’s by any means and visits like this one are the reason why.
I walked into the middle of a conversation with some foul mouth crew who then turned around and took my my order.
They got my order wrong. I took it back up to the counter, pointed that out the mistake and went and sat back down. When I got it back, they had obviously
simply disassembled my burgers, which are already getting cool, brought them back to me with the corrections made but like I said, even cooler by this time.
Terrible job folks, do better.

I thought it was pretty good I go there quite often do you like the way they cook their fries longer so they’re not limpy like other McDonald’s besides it’s fast food if you want gourmet go spend the money I just soon eat at McDonald’s

Where should i start when you go through the drive thru window you can’t see the menu. It’s been damaged for like two years now and it’s just getting worse. Replace your drive thru menus. A garbled voice came through the speaker couldn’t understand it. Finally we could somewhat make out the voice and after they heard us complaining about not being able to see the menu asked if they could help us with ordering because the sign had been damaged in a storm yes like 2 years ago. I thought McDonalds corporate did inspections of the restaurants

I would have given a 0 if it was even possible. I guess when the receipt doesn’t match what you asked and paid for you get the annoyed eye rolls and treated badly. our fries were cold. Our burgers. one was missing a patty. The qt pounder cheeseburger looked like they had chopped it up before taking a bite. Double CB was cold and tossed together and smashed. 6pc chicken nuggets was a 4pc and cold.

Well… not impressed. Glad the sundae was buy one get one with the app. Check out the pic… this was AFTER I asked if she could actually add some hot fudge to my sundae.
The employee simply chuckled and said, “I question our sundaes too.”
Hmmm… I’ll drive on by next time I guess!

Waited in drive through for over 30 minutes before I even ordered and then discovered half my order was incorrect. Would not recommend and if there was an option I would mark 0 stars

I walked in and did exactly what McDonald’s wants us to use the kiosk but there were no numbers so after I wasted my time making an order on there I had to go remake it up front and the people working here aren’t even willing to get the kiosk numbers so I didn’t have to waste my time on doing what McDonald’s wants us to do
