We discovered a problem (no topping but cheese even though we picked 5 and the pie was uncut) with our order after we got home. I wasn’t going to go back right then so I filled out their online review and got a call back. Christine was understanding and made it right – arranging a future replacement pizza at no charge. The ingredients they use are quality and we enjoyed eating the pizza. Nice recovery and turnaround. 5 stars.

I was just buying two pizzas for kids and myself and I told him I want a ham with bacon. They run out of ham and I asked personally multiple times the lady that the pizza eats with ham and bacon. They only put two pieces. She was very rude. She lied to me three times then trying to ask. Please can you add it? She’s like I did and then the pizza came without it picture it’s added. Her name is May please supervisors pay attention your workers when they’re busy. That’s not mean they have to skip corners

Simply amazing and love this place.
Happiest staff and customers possible ! Fastest delivery after that order. It takes possibly 5 to 6 minutes to get hot pizza from the order time.
This is my sixth time in two months. I still got three more weeks we might get it one or two more. Time keep up the good work.
Only problem is the parking. It is worth parking on the road side. Enjoy the pizza.
Today is 7th time, still enjoyed the dinner.

Ordered 2 pizza’s both were burnt badly. Should have been free. I could smell the oven was burning. Never will go back again. Pieology use to be my favorite pizza place to go.

This gluten-free pizza stands out compared to most I’ve tried nationwide. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone with Celiacs.

No pizzeria can compare with New York. Disappointed with this pizza, we ordered 2 pizzas because we were very hungry but ended up being hungry. Waste of money and time. I’m angry! The dough is very hard, you can break your teeth! And the price for such a small pizza is too high! I don’t understand why people write such good reviews, do they really like it !? The filling is always and everywhere delicious, the cheese cannot be spoiled, but the DOUGH is terrible, you urgently need a good dough recipe!

Have not eaten Pieology in a long long time. The quality of the product has gone down tremendously. Received a crooked shaped pizza that did not have a lot of toppings and lots of air spots. When I asked, why was it like this, they just said this happens and wouldn’t help to rectify the situation. Food quality wasn’t good but the insult to injury was the indifferent staff.

I usually eat at Blaze but they dont have any in HI so I figure Id try Pieology. What a let down. The place was dirty with soda and crumbs spilled everywhere. Soda spills all over the tables and garbage cans. Stacks of unused chairs and tables in the corner. Just overall dirty and grimy – not at all how a restaurant should be. And no color inside just bland gray. Pizza was just ok, kind of bland. The employee working there was absolutely miserable. You could just tell he hated his job and did not want to be there. And people come in with dogs… animals in a restaurant is gross. Another weird thing is that people were coming in to sit and eat with food they got from the restaurant next door. The whole place just reeks of lack of management or care for the business.
