A new Boston location has landed! Located at the Boston Harbor Islands Welcome Center, this shack started as a shipping container that was custom crafted by our team at the Luke’s wood and steel fabrication shop to take on new life as an authentic Maine lobster shack. Here we serve our signature sustainable lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls, award-winning clam chowder, and craft soft drinks to locals and visitors alike. Order at the walk up window for takeout to enjoy with covered outdoor seating behind the shack or for a picnic at the nearby parks. Running to catch the ferry? Luke’s is a great spot for a grab-and-go lunch on your way to explore the islands.

Delicious! This was my first time trying the lobster roll. The bread was perfectly toasted and the butter/mayo portions were just right. There was plenty of crab meat on top too. The lobster roll comes with a drink and chips.

The lobster roll was SO good! I went to a Luke’s Lobster 10 years ago in Boston, and knew I wanted to get Luke’s again when I returned. I got the quarter pound lobster roll with chips and a drink. It’s so simple but so delicious. I’m waiting for Luke’s to open a location in Ohio!! The only reason I gave them a 4 for atmosphere is because it was cold, rainy, and windy, and an outdoor heater would have helped.

the roll flight was all I was looking for visiting Boston. this location is great, next to quincy so it’s easy to get to, but doesn’t have a ton of people and isn’t crowded. food was delicious. I’d say the crab was my favorite.

I am from out of town and this is the second Lobster Roll that I have tried. It was fantastic. The butter and seasoning was pretty amazing and the roll was fantastic. I have had both warm and cold from other places. This lobster roll from Luke’s Lobster Boston Harbor Islands is the best that I have tried. I will definitely be coming back here next time I am in town.

I’ve lived in New England all of my life and have always been spoiled for choice when it comes to seafood choices.
I saw this location open at the beginning of the summer, and I’ve finally gotten to try it. I got the Flight, which consists of 2oz rolls of lobster, crab, and shrimp, with chips and a drink.
While all were great, the shrimp and the crab were the standouts for me, definitely don’t sleep on those. I loved the seasoning they put on everything, and the complimentary pickle.
The workers were really friendly and even talked to me a bit about their sustainable seafood sourcing.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them for a relaxed and tasty meal.

A little shack by the harbour. They have seating in the shaded area but you can also enjoy it in the park across the road for harbour views. I really liked my lobster roll, and the gluten free bun was so soft and buttery – I actually had to check twice that it was gf because it was so soft.
Unfortunately, my mum had a poor stomach right after having the clam chowder, which was a lot runnier than we thought it would be.

Excellent place for a quick bite! Recommend the flight of rolls. The bread is toasted but the lobster is not warmed, so if you want a warm lobster roll not the place

We came here after going to another of the Luke’s locations and they were out of the gluten free buns. The staff at the first location were so kind but wildly apologetic as they had already sold out of the gluten free buns and referred us to this location.
I am so glad we made the 10 minute walk!! The ladies were wonderful, the food was delicious and hands down the best gluten free lobster roll EVER. The gluten free clam chowder tasted wonderful as well!
We fly out tomorrow so won’t have a chance to come back (this time). Here’s hoping they consider opening a location in Denver!!!!!
