This location is constantly getting my orders wrong. I don’t go often, and when I do, it’s most likely wrong. They either give you the wrong fries or don’t put it in the bag at all. I’ve gotten the wrong drink a couple of times also. As someone who worked in fast food in high school… it’s not that hard to triple check bags and drinks before you hand them out. Also, they need to start reading the order back at either the board or the window before you pay. So, if they heard you wrong, you can get it fixed and would help in cutting down wrong orders. A lot of my orders are wrong because of how they punch it in on the receipt/miss hearing what I said.

The food wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t good either. I got a classic beef and cheddar, but there wasn’t hardly any beef on the sandwich, so apparently, I just ordered a cheddar sandwich?
The woman in the drive-through was somewhat friendly. She barely said anything, barely looking at me. Then she hands me my food with a bunch of sass. Whatever. I say, “Thanks, have a good day.” And what does she do? Roll her eyes, say nothing and slam the window, and then she stormed off.
Not returning to this location.

Had a bad experience with a drive through worker. Taller, white male, chubby, very confrontational on the speaker. I got to the window, asked for the manager, he slammed the window, and management sent a cook, black girl, with thick glasses. Had no idea what she was doing. I then asked her for the manager, she said he was helping take care of another customer. There was no other customers at the registrar, so I assumed she was informed to say that, as she continued to look back. I asked for the manager name, Cole is what I was given. I will contact headquarters directly in south Omaha,.I do have the receipt, date, time, and order number stamped.

Drinks are so expensive If you have time it’s a better option to dine in then at least you can get a refill. Tip to customers! Order no ice or skip the ice at the fountain because you just ordered ice with a splash of soda. For me the fountain is cold enough.

I don’t like that you have to go in to get your mobile orders. Why aren’t they like everyone else who lets you pick up mobile orders through the drive-through? The food is pretty much the same no matter which location you go to. If you like it one place, most likely you will like it in another location. Hooray for the temporary return of potato cakes!!!

I never really knew Arby’s menu but visiting the other day was educational. I was ordering a gyro and Bessie (cashier) explained the options of what meat, I never knew I had an option. Bessie then explained that we had options in fries, did not know that either. I really enjoyed the customer service I had, friendly and with a smile.

We ate there on a Saturday night at 730 pm. It was 20 minutes before we received our food. So much for fast food. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and probably have received my food in the same amount of time. The employees moved like tortoises. No sense of urgency whatsoever. The customer service at the counter was horrific. The most unpleasant experience.
