Exactly as pizza delivery should be. Pizza was hot and fresh, made correctly, driver was not only on time but super friendly.

The food was truly inedible when it arrived at my house. Soaked with tomato sauce and I asked for light sauce on top of that the pizza feels so soggy you can’t even pull it apart without it falling completely apart. Their Alfredo sauce tastes like it’s been sitting out all night and day. And on to top it all off their breadsticks used to be fluffy now they cut corners and give you flat chewy bread. And the wings are still soggy as always. Don’t eat this filth and waste over $30. You would think quality control wouldn’t get this bad but then again no one cares about their jobs anymore

I ordered this pizza and wings from this location the first one i took it back cuz it didn’t have no sauce on it and the crust was cooked alway. The second one the crust is not cooked all the way. Look at this pizza I just paid $23.98 for wings with no sauce on them.

I love pizza hut! They are so underrated. The cheese that they use is tier!!! Maybe not top tier… but the cheese mostly certainly made the tier. Not off the block top tier but you get it!! The crust is so fluffy and breadie!!! Hot and ready cheesy and steady !!!

Awesome job! Waughtown Pizza Hut Crew. Excellent customer service. Polite and bubbly personality while receiving my order with a quick turnaround time. Pizza- Picture perfect. Plenty of toppings evenly distributed. Crust was soft; not hard or burnt. Able to taste the seasonings with the right amount of sauce, plus the cheese caused it to melt right in your mouth. I’m not one for posting, but you guys were on it 2 night. Best pizza ever. 2 ‘s up. We can be quick to post when we are not pleased, but let’s remember to post and encourage when things are good. Pizza was cold, had not been ordered more than 20 minutes, I live 5 minutes away, ordered Bacon pizza, might as well ordered a Cheese pizza, barely any bacon, crust had bubbles, should have tasted bacon in every bite, got pix, sad excuse for a pizza beds with cheese was cold, expect better from Pizza Hut, never try again unless than fix THEIR MISTAKE, BTW Pizza Hut, bacon as an only topping doesn’t mean the same as bacon as a topping with other ingredients, a Bacon puzza should have more topping, you should taste Bacon in every bite.

I like this Pizza Hut and there were always consistent until tonight: picked up around 7pm. Manager is always polite and nice so much so I left a tip…however WHO EVER IN THE HELL WAS MAKING PIZZAS TONIGHY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ASAP OR FIRED! My babies veggie pizza was damn near undercooked. The crust for the pepperoni was tasted like old dough and the bull your own was about the same. Ordered extra sauce for one of the pizzas and that was non existent. The pizzas were dry AF. We just spent 40 bucks with tip for this. The toppings were fresh so we took them off and ate them. As I stated before the manager/cashier is 5 star, My experience tonight unfortunately was less than desirable. The drive we have to make is to far and I won’t be back.

I love Pizza Hut but was disappointed to see a sign that offered Free pizza if they don’t offer to show you your food was not honored otherwise it was a convenient stop for a grab n go lunch.
