First time getting food from “Sauced” and it was all delicious. We’re glad to have a new place around the lake to get quality food from a couple of very nice people. Hope they stick around for a long time. Had the classic Italian hoagie, Screwed Up Mac n Cheese, Tiramisu and Strawberry Cheesecake. They know how to satisfy a palate!!

5 stars is not enough! Maybe it’s because I just finished watching Nona’s but this place is the real deal. We tried the sausage and peppers, mushroom ravioli, Italian sandwich, meatballs, chicken salad and the carrot cake. Now you’d expect one of these things to be subpar…NOPE! Everything was delicious and FRESHLY made. I waited too long to try them out!! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

This weekend my husband and I hosted our annual Christmas party. We had been to Gettin Sauced many times over the last year to sample their Italian take out and were very impressed. A few weeks ago, I sampled their catering menu at a small birthday party we hosted for a friend. This gave me the confidence to have them cater our party. Christina and Patrick were fantastic in every way. Our guests raved about the food – especially the meatballs and the Italian Beef sliders. The charcuterie table was beautiful and all of the dips/spreads were homemade by Christina. They came to my house and put it all together onsite. Then they came the next day to take home all of their display and serving pieces. I have always recommended them for their take out options, now I’m a complete fan of their catering too! Thanks Patrick and Christina – can’t wait to have you back next year!

Working with Christina from #Gettin’ Sauced in the City was an absolute pleasure from the very beginning. Christina is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable. She and her team made our event perfect by paying close attention to every detail, from the menu to the décor, ensuring everything was just as we envisioned.
Their communication was outstanding—they promptly answered all our questions, kept us updated at every stage, and checked in regularly to confirm our preferences. They were accommodating when we discussed options for dairy-free dishes and kids’ meals, demonstrating their flexibility and genuine care for the guests’ needs.
The amount of food provided was abundant, and every dish was delicious—our guests raved about the quality, flavor, and presentation. Christina’s effort in curating a well-rounded menu was evident and greatly appreciated.
The décor and floral arrangements they arranged truly enhanced the ambiance, creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. They also took care of setting the tables, making sure everything looked elegant and cohesive.
Overall, Christina’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach made our event unforgettable. I highly recommend this catering team for anyone looking for delicious food, excellent service, and a truly special experience.

A nice sampling from Sauced. Enjoyed it all. Meatballs and sauce were nicely flavored and surprised that three were pretty filling. Sandwich was good and as promised. Salad was big and a perfect ceaser. The homemade cannoli was probably the best of all of it. Homemade cookie was also worth it.

If you’re craving Italian comfort food Getting Sauced in the City is the place to be! This new takeout spot specializes in sandwiches, meatballs and raviolis, and let me tell you—they do not disappoint.
Veteran owned and they have been running a successful food truck in a very competitive city for many years prior to opening here. Happy to see a great new option at LKG!
The menu is perfectly simple yet packed with flavor. The ravioli options are impressive. Whether you go for the traditional ricotta-filled or the more adventurous lobster ravioli, each bite is a little pocket of heaven. Pair it with one of their signature sauces, and you’re in for a treat.
Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the service is quick and friendly. They make it a perfect option for a cozy night in as there is no dining on site. On the way to the lake it’s a quick stop and dinner is served.
Overall, Getting Sauced in the City is a must-try for LKG. Whether you’re grabbing a quick dinner or a house made cannolis this place delivers on flavor and quality. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

My fiancé and I came up this way to go to the paranormal museum and we decided to find a good place to eat. We came across Gettin Sauced In The City on Google and they have amazing reviews and good prices, so we said heck yeah let’s go! We both got the lobster ravioli. It looks good, smells good and taste good if you like lobster lol. I quickly found out I don’t like lobster. Patrick the owner asked how it was and my fiancé told him I found out I don’t like lobster and he gave me some meatballs (for free) to eat since I didn’t like it. Who does that, seriously?!?!?! I give this place a 10/10!! Would definitely recommend and it was worth the three hour drive alone! Still not convinced…just get up, get in your car and drive there. Don’t past go, do not collect $200! You guys rock!!!
